Ok, so I know I'm going to pay more to ship something going to a place like this, and I did, but I also expected better service. What I got was someone who hates their job and wasn't afraid to let anyone know. You will recognize her by the nose rings and bad attitude. Probably a relative of the owner. Just a guess. LoL I did get my items shipped, so I will give her credit for doing her job. (Unless her boss told her to be nice to people as well... then total fail )but I will certainly drive a few extra miles to avoid this place in the future.

Zander who works at UPS was so professional and helpful. Even in the stressful holiday season and trying to help so many people, he still patiently helped me with a difficult return. I don’t normally leave reviews, but felt it was worth acknowledging his excellent customer service and professional demeanor.

Google shows hours open as 0700. Wrong. Showed up this morning at 0830 and the place was still closed for business.
