Shontelle was AMAZING! Had a bad experience at a Sephora with shade matching for foundation. She literally went ABOVE & BEYOND she even took me out to “natural lighting” to see if the foundation was a perfect match on my face :) will def be coming back and looking for her.

I went in for a color match for foundation . Right away, Kaitlyn greeted me and helped me. I was pleased with her great customer service and kindness. I left satisfied with exactly what I was looking for. She understood and found a quick solution for me.

Wow customer service just gets worse and worse here. I spent over $200 and she kept dropping all of my items on the floor. I have to ask her to make sure that it wasn't broken. Then she just threw them all in a little bag. She wouldn't shut up about if I wanted a credit card if I wanted a credit card she asked me six times. Kept saying are you sure? Hello if I said no the first time that means no. How irritating then after asking her several times to add my points for my $6 off she didn't do it. Customer service is terrible customer service is terrible I'll go out of my way to go to another Ulta or Sephora

Shout out the Lily she was wonderful . I went in to today to look for a concealer and she help me pick out a great one and was able to find one in my price range

This review is for the Salon services and for the stylist Lucretia N. If I could rate more stars I would!! She was very kind and took time to really make sure she knew exactly what I wanted before starting. I saw her for a solid color and signature haircut. I couldn't be more happy with how my hair came out!! I will definitely be returning!! Thank you Lucretia for being AMAZING!!!

What happened to this store location? It used to be a nice store. Shelves are empty and three separate employees kept walking away as I was trying to ask for help. What a shame.

Staff was rude. Marketing lady was annoying. I was looking for a skincare product and she kept trying to force the one she was trying to sell on me. Store was crowded and not managed well, they didn’t have anything in stock. My least favorite ulta location!

I ordered online to pickup at this store. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready. Mary was so great! She found my order and prepared it quickly. She even helped me get my free gift that wasn't available! I am very grateful

jordan was so lovely! she helped my mom find the perfect foundation shade with the nars sheer glow foundation and even convinced her to start using a translucent powder - something i haven't been able to do! super helpful!!
