We bought a refrigerator, and we have a Tesla, so there was no way we would bring the refrigerator home in Tesla, so we went to Home Depot to rent a truck from them. It was easy; the only thing you need is your driver's license and your proof of insurance credit card, and you're good. people were highly courteous and showed me the truck. They don't give you any tie-downs or dollies, so make sure you have that arranged before, but overall, the experience was good within two hours. We returned the truck after the delivery. It cost us around 50 bucks, which is not bad. Glad to support my local stores.

I have been on hold in someone's pocket for 6 minutes. They answered the line and then began talking or moving around with the phone device, while I've clapped and said hello repeatedly. Andres in the garden area is kind to certain customers and looked repulsed as I stepped up to ask for rubber mulch. Saying NEXT as i stepped up. No greeting... just looked bothered. Steve however with the USS CONSTELLATION baseball cap on was pleasant, professional, friendly, and engaging. They should switch places and Andres in his young dismissive (toward certain not all)... way... should learn real work.....sad times we are living in.One STAR for Andres and the others were given to Steve while he helped me load up my truck....restoring my faith in humanity.Andres....you're too young to dislike on sight.....Steve...thank you for your service....army to your navy....

Non-existent customer service. Unreliable information about product availability and aisle-bin location on the mobile application software. My negative experience is only with the Eastvale location interesting enough. Overzealous bigoted security guard leered at me and followed me around the store. Not a good feeling to be cased for being a black man shopping at Home Depot. I paid for the merchandise and left the store. I believe that businesses should have safeguards in place to respond to and or address issues. Additionally the Riverside County sheriff's deputies are responsive when called. Not a great business to patronize and I will share my experience with Home Depot corporate since it's a publicly traded company. I'm sure the shareholders will appreciate hearing how this downtrodden store location is impacting the Home Depot brand.

Customer service here is so hit and miss. When it's good it's great, but when it's bad it's BAD!I have been trying to contact the store manager for almost 2months now but everytime I call and leave a message they never respond. I'm willing to bet the messages are never relayed. Returns here have been a big issue, at one point I was basically made to feel as if I'm stealing product and returning it with no receipt. I've made returns with receipts in hand but the worker performs the return as if no receipt exists. I stated to the worker on one occasion, you never asked me for it! I had 2 girls assist us and explain what needed to be done and how to do it to complete the return. We returned a few days later to do exactly what we were instructed and the same girl starts pushing back saying no. We were in disbelief, "you told us to do this, and now your saying no?!"The floor staff is so hit and miss if you can find anyone that knows about the actual trade for said dept. or product. I've been told with water hoses, this has lifetime warranty it's more expensive but you just bring it back and we provide a replacement. Well that's not true I'm later told we don't do that. Now I have to pay to return to the manufacturer costing more money.Just total frustration. But I guess where else do you shop?

This review is looong over due, but we went through Home Depot flooring department for carpeting. The process was fairly simple, but the outcome was a nightmare approximately 2 years into having them put in. We had carpet placed in our living room, master bedroom and 3 other rooms plus closets. As you can see from the pictures the job seems rushed and ....It looks like the carpet wasn't put in the correct way and started to bunch up. Forming a long hill across the carpet. This hill seemingly mutated and spread to our master bedroom, the master closet, and 3 bedrooms. I would not recommend flooring from Home Depot. Hiring 3rd parties to just fill the job definitely gave us a bad taste to ever consider going through Home Depot for anything having to be done to our home. The pictures I've included was recently taken because we decided to have the carpet replaced. We could not stand looking at it any longer.

It's hard to imagine how far down customer service has fallen at this Home Depot. Back when they first open and John was the manager it was always well staffed and people friendly. Now terrible service, always long lines, and it's no longer a joy to go to Home Depot. It really is a pain in the butt.

The good the bad and the ugly of Home Depot...Good: Decent selection of items, fair prices, large equipment rentals and a good easy return policy. Bad: The parking and traffic at this shopping center is awful. I hate going here because of that. It's really hard to get help from an employee. They don't always have what you need at this location. Ugly: The lines are ridiculous!! There are not enough cashiers, the construction checkout has one register, the garden checkout isn't always open or only has one checker and they are using the self checkout as regular registers (due to theft). Home Depot is one of those stores you can't really avoid, but I find that most times I can find what I need at Lowes with less hassle. If I do need a Home Depot item I try ordering online. All Home Depot's are busy but this one seems especially busy & unorganized.

This is my local Home Depot. For the most part, they always have what I am looking for but other times they don't. For some weird reason they have not had Orchid Bark in stock for what seems like forever. Not too sure if there is a shortage of Orchid Bark but I digress. I come to Home Depot for my plant needs when I don't have time to go to my favorite nursery. Unfortunately, I feel like they don't care too much about their indoor plants. They always seem neglected and sad. They also started spray painting succulents and that's a bit weird lol. Other than that, it's a Home Depot, long lines to check out at the garden center, sad plants, and out of stock items for an unknown timeframe. Staff has always been nice despite them always struggling to check out the long line at the garden center. Every time I'm there one of the cashiers is anxiously calling through the intercom requesting back up after every transaction so not sure what's going on there.

Insurance fraud! I rented a box truck from Home Depot yesterday to move some furniture. Everything seemed to be ok, but I never received a copy of the damages on the initial walk-through inspection (which should've been provided). So when I went to drop it off and hour later they said I allegedly had an accident and there was additional scratches on the side of the truck. The employee says, "Accidents happen..." Insinuating that I had an accident. I said, there was no accident nor was there any time for an accident. I have 7 other witnesses who were with me the entire time of driving the vehicle who were following me in another car. He continued with his same story to the point of starting to harass me.He said they weren't giving me back my deposit and that a so-called Maria would call me tomorrow. I repeated what he said and he said yes, she'll call you tomorrow. So I immediately called my insurance and told them what happened and that suspected fraud and what I needed to do to sue them for fraud and harassment.I also called a lawyer and they'll be calling Home Depot with camera footage and witnesses willing to testify against them.Do not use them!

Very neutral experience. Staff were friendly at the paint department. They answered our few questions. Prices are alright. Cashier wouldn't take cash... only credit. Weird. They should take cash. My daughter is paying on her own to paint her room. It deflated her that her dad had to pay

A-WIPES! reserved a truck 4 days ago. At 4pm the day before I was to use it, they cancelled the reservation. A-WIPES. You CANT make an online reservation UNLESS you agree to their cancellation policy, which is they can cancel any time for NO reason. A-WIPES

Go to lowes. Never a line. People available to help. HD employees just gossiping on aisles, parking lot is war zone carts and shitty parking jobs. Checkout lines are 20-30 people long.

I wish the consultant that came out to measure brought actual photos of what the closets would look like after installation. I hate the closet, I can't put anything on the top shelf of the closet, and I was not told it was a peg hold system, so it seems I now have less storage than before. I wish I never got the one closets done. The peg hold system looks cheap, and it's NOT worth 3,k I spent to get this done. I am very very disappointed with what it looks like. The workers who came in are very very nice and very professional. They also told me the person who came in didn't measure right. I was not told that no prep work will need to be done. I have to get wood filler and sand it down and paint. Shop around ask for pictures I wish would have checked around before deciding on home depot
