T.J. Maxx is a very busy store that is often worth the wait. Customers love shopping there for its great, high-quality, brand name merchandise at reasonable and amazing value. Many find the experience satisfying and plan to come back often. Helpful and nice staff make the experience way better, providing patient assistance. Some customers, however, wish the lines weren't always so long and have been upset about discounts not being offered.
