I checked in recently on my day off and had an incredibly fun and uniquely nourishing experience! Nestle was the Manager on Duty and her Energy was so Professionally Chic and Fun, the perfect Aura to set the mood for a Happy and Successful Shopping Experience! I've frequented this Tillys a few times and have experienced casual friendly service at best, but Nestle's Flow brought a whole new level of Responsible and Caring Enthusiastically Engaged Leadership! She greeted me right when I walked in, helped me feel relaxed and welcomed, and kept herself busy properly restoring order and efficiency in her Workspace while I browsed the Cave and all the interesting Clothes and Accessories it had to offer. A Sexy and Interesting Design caught my Eye, a T-Shirt that stated "Cut your Losses" with a Romantically Dark and Laid Back Acceptance of the Ugly Truth Vibe to it, and I decided to try it on! All the shirts were neatly folded and arranged from smallest to largest so I was easily able to locate my Size. I brought the shirt to the fitting room area where I was met by another friendly and sincerely caring and helpful Team Member! She was also hustling responsibly when I approached her and let me know she would be happy to assist me in setting me up with a Fitting Room. Like Nestle, the quality of her Customer Service really exceeded my Expectations too because she asked me for my Name to make the experience feel more warm and personalized and made my Business feel so treasured and valued!!I tried on the shirt and Voila!!!! It was the perfect "Time to let go of the Toxic Untrustworthy Snakes in my Life" Art Therapy Statement Shirt to help me move forward in Style and inspire others to do the same. I brought my Shirt to the front and Nestle rang me up but in a way that was fun, playfully memorable, and kindly engaging! Nestle complimented me on my Hot Dog earrings and she recommended Dog Haus for me to try on my next Craving Run, and also encouraged me to sign up for Tilly's Rewards too to help me optimize on the value of my Visit! I left the store feeling very happy and my Morale instantly boosted with the Tilly's Brand thanks to the wonderful Batch of Professionally Sexy Hustlers who currently run this Store. Hats off to Management for building such an Efficiently Strong Sales Driven Team who understands what Customers need to have a Special and Outstanding Shopping Experience!!!PS I wore my Cut Your Losses Shirt for the first time Yesterday and it looks FIRE with Emo Suavecita Grunge Punk Accessory Weapons!!! Thank You Tillys for bringing in such Artfully Inspiring and Healing Designs to accentuate all types of Moods and Spiritual Awakenings ;0)

I went in today for a return issue that was made by the Montclair location. And three friendly associates helped me get it resolved. Selena, Monica, and Amanda were very helpful and I appreciate it. Also their store looked very tidy and well stocked. Good job Ladies!!

I came in doing some last min Christmas shopping and while I was looking around one of the associates named Erick came up to me and asked if I needed any help and usually at most retail stores you have to go up to the store members to ask for help but Erick is the very opposite he was kind, helpful and actually looked like he likes helping out customers. Give this handsome fella a raise please he deserves it.

Went in to look for work pants today and was greeted by the most friendly upbeat and happy associate Kennedy she not only helped me find the right size but gave me great advice on how to ware the jeans she was extremely helpful and happy the full way through keep up the hard work Kennedy and thank you

The clothes here are really cute and trendy but the prices are expensive. They have a buy 1 get 1 50% sale on swimsuits. Really great selection for women's clothing. There's no rashguards if anyone was wondering. Customer service greeted us and was able to answer any questions we needed. They have a lavender tennis dress style at this location for about $25 and I got it at H&M for a similar price.

Lack of training and the ability to have compassion reign true here. When the help are 1) no way to be found & we have to go look for someone 2) assuming I have no clue what unisex means 3) young and incompetent to do the job they were hired to do instead of trying to make the customers feel stupid or a nuisance, you need to rehire a new staff because the one you currently have is costing you money. Train your help or you will no longer be in business. The help today ( 3/11) was rude & horrible.

I used to go to Tillys before COVID-19 and did all my school shopping like shoes, pants, shorts, T-shirt, socks ect. I used to buy a lot of my outfits for school. I highly recommend it they sell a lot of cool brands.

there is always one or two workers talking having the best time of their life while costumers wait in line and only have one register open also i went in for just a hoodie and the girl at the register checked the middle pocket checked the hoodie and then checked like on a sensor to see if it had any metals and i paid with cash and she checked that mf like if i was trying to steal or do something bad sometimes they have really rude attitude and i still dont get how they have long conversations when they can see a line at the registers

Horrible customer service, I ordered online to pick up in store to by pass the outside line because why else does anyone buy online to pick up in store? For the convenience obviously. Nope. Was told I had to get in line because it wasn't fair for the other customers already waiting in line. I'm sorry but how is that fair to me, a customer that has already paid? I wasn't going to go in a shop around. I just want my package without waiting in the direct sunlight for over 20 minutes. Then I was told I wouldn't have to wait in line inside. How is there a line inside when only 6 people are allowed at a time? Unbelievable.
