I had an extremely poor service experience at this UPS Store when drop off a package.They insisted on an additional $50, claiming that my package's "Dimensional Weight" exceeded 70 pounds, despite the actual weight being only 47 pounds, with dimensions of 33x26x12. This explanation is clearly absurdAs I, being an online seller, ship packages of this size almost every day and have visited at least 20 other UPS Stores without encountering similar demands.In the end, I was forced to leave this UPS Store and went to another UPS Store 1.3 miles away. Interestingly, the second UPS Store accepted my package without any issues.What infuriates me further is that, upon contacting UPS headquarters, I learned that such a policy does not exist. According to UPS headquarters, additional charges are only applicable when the actual weight exceeds 70 pounds and are not based on "Dimensional Weight."In an attempt to address the issue, I returned to the UPS Store to communicate with them. However, they dismissed me with the statement, "This is our store's policy"Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the service and attitude of this UPS Store. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this establishment and hope that UPS headquarters will address this issue, ensuring their branches provide customers with more transparent and professional service.

Worst customer service ever! The lady who does the notary is just the most rude and miserable human ever! Every single time we have gone to this place, for example today we told her have a good thanksgiving, she just didn't even say anything, the other day we tried to say hello how are you, she didn't say anything, another time we asked how she is doing and nothing again. she literately had zero customer service and zero humanity for some reason she seems very miserable and unhappy! don't bring your misery into your work place and send negative vibes to other people! i rather drive and go to the other UPS almost same distance. this one this lady is extremely unwelcoming! yuck!

The people work here don’t know how to manage their priorities. Because of someone is doing some documentation, so five of us waiting in line for a simple package drop off need to wait for 20 mins after they finish the first person. People work in this location definitely need another onboarding training. I would give negative stars if I can.

Slow service because one person is working behind counter. If you're behind a customer who needs notary services, it'll be a nice long wait.

I don't write reviews typically but this was horrible service. The dark hair lady was RUDE and CARELESS. I dropped off my computer equipment that needed to be shipped back to my previous employer. UPS was supposed to package it up. I placed all the equipment in a couple boxes (because it'll be heavy for me to carry all in one box). I just made sure I wrapped the delicate equipment like the 2 monitors and the head/ear pieces for the phone were a few of them. This lady just dumped out all out of the equipment from the other box and added them in the other box so that all the equipment will be in one box. She dumps the equipment for the head piece/ear phones in there too so carelessly and all the little items were just scattered in the big box; the ear pieces, the head set, and the USB cords, with the rest of the equipments. And she said that she will put that customer packed it, which will look like I packaged the equipment recklessly. I really hope none of the small desktop accessories are damaged when they arrive to their destination. Or else, I am the one that will be blamed because this lady documented that I packaged it. She needs to treat people's packages with respect. Oh and on top of that she made me carry this now heavy box on top of two other boxes, which were not mine. Her reason was because she is busy. So I had to carry the box and placed it on top of these two boxes almost my height! I literally though I was gonna drop it! LOUSY service. Never returning here.

If on your website states open 0900 then open at 0900, not 0905 ,then wait for employee to start computer, log in do all her duties ,which should have been done prior to opening.

A customer oriented store and probably the best services store in the area. Better than other UPS in the neighborhood. Extremely fast service and efficient processing of requests.

good service but super pricey, if you had time, go USPS instead, do your research, USPS could be just 1/3 of the price

This is the slowest store ever. Only one person working and they process passports which can take so long before helping anyone.

Very unprofessional, they don't even know there store address when i said i had confirmed change (paid 7.99 fee )to pick up in THIS store and tell them the address ,i went there twice already and the answer is they don't know!

Brand new store literally try to charge me one dollar for dropping off USPS package. What a total rip off never coming back to this location again I'll stick to the other branches that don't charge this fee.
