I experience terrible treatment at this UPS Store in Eastvale on Hamner Ave. I felt as if I was discriminated against by the male counter worker. I walked into the store to have an Amazon return processed, Amazon permits unpacked items for return as long as I have a label. The male worker told me I need a box. I asked him for a box. He wanted to charge me a fee. I left the store and asked a UPS driver that was there for pickups if he could provide me with a box. He was able to. I returned to the store with the return item placed inside the box and was told, the box could not be shipped without it sealed shut. I asked, him as a courtesy, please provide tape to seal the box. He wanted to charge me a fee. I asked him to have a bit of grace. He declined. I left the store and asked the woman at the business next door if she had packaging tape that I could use to seal my box. She graciously provided me with the tape. I sealed the box, affixed the label and returned to the UPS store counter to complete the drop off. The male accepted the package and asked me if I needed anything else. I said to myself that I would never come to this place again. And I’m going to reach out to Amazon customer relations to explain experience of how its business partner treated me.
The frustrating part is UPS wants to do business in Eastvale and benefit from community patronage, yet refuse to foster warmth and civility.
This UPS Store Eastvale on Hamner Ave made my choice to patronize other places that are kind professional and sincerely desire to serve in the community extremely easy.
I want others to know about this treatment and know that Staples carries out Amazon returns efficiently, without a box, with a smile and a thank you. All you’ll need is a QPR code and the item.

I went to this location on 11/10/2023 because the UPS Store website and Google stated that they are open on Sundays.
When I arrived there, (after I took out a bulky heavy box out of my car), the posted hours state they are open, but a little sign underneath states they are closed on Sundays and to go to the location at 7056 Archibald Ave in Corona.
Thanks for letting customers know, but not letting them know, by not updating your hours. ?♂️?

Reviews ain’t lying here, this gotta be the worst UPS!! Staffs were never helpful, always grumpy, very rude to customers. Staff always one man show, the line be out the door. They do close half an hour randomly in the afternoon because the only staff needed to lunch. Some UPS would take USPS mail as courtesy, this location charge $1. Some UPS would tape the box after declaring what’s in it, this location charge $3 for a piece of tape. Owner hungry for money, staffs are dreadful, avoid this bad business.

Called to confirm if the notary is in today. The female reported she would be available until 6pm. We arrived at 550pm and she was already gone. We called another UPS store and they said the notary at THIS Hamner location is listed to be available until 7pm. We also expected the store to be opened last Sunday 11am-4pm as posted on the door and online but it was closed and a LOT of people were leaving upset due to this manager making up their own hours. I WOULD NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION OR DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Came here on Sunday exactly at 3:50 PM, 10 minutes before they close at 4 PM, to quickly drop off a package that’s already set up with delivery label. But the store is completely dark and gate inside already shut off, looks as if they never opened for the day… Saw three other people trying to drop off as well…

Business hours on google and the sign on their door says they’re open on Sunday. Showed up on a Sunday and they were closed. Disgusting

Came here a few times during the advertised open hours and they were closed. Standing in front of the store right now at 2:30 on a Sunday and they are closed... the hours say they close at 4pm.

I just tried to delivered my packages, and a lady with nose ring lied and refused to take all my packages.
First of all, when I walked into the store, I kindly asked if I could borrow a cart or trolly since I have 26 small packages. She rolled her eyes and said no. I was shocked but then accepted the answer. However, the next person who had 4 packages actually borrowed a trolly. I asked why I couldn't borrow it, she replied only UPS customers could borrow it. I was confused why I was not customers but then fine.
Then when I carried 22 packages, she suddenly said that 22 packages were the all packages she could take. She said they have policy to take 25 packages only so she can't take more packages. I had to go other UPS store, and I asked a lady from other UPS store if there is 25 package limit. Guess what, NO!! There is no limit as long as the store has space, and this store was quite empty.
I really don't know why the lady here lied and had a really terrible attitude. Not sure if she is racist to me or what because she looked unhappy the moment I walked into the store even though I was being nice and polite. I'm so mad and disappointed here.

They post hours but are closed before their posted hours. FYI, went at 3pm and the posted close time was 4pm and they were already closed.

If you have an Amazon return this would be the worst place to go !! No wifi so you have to go to parking lot to get service to pull up your QR code to complete your return . Big inconvenience… then to top the cake they charged me for a strip of tape to close my box . I will be sticking to kohls they have the best Amazon return process! This place is rude with no customer service skills

The casher lady always welcomes the customers with smiles. Very attentive and friendly.
