I've used this location many times. Always good service, could use 2 people behind the counter. Wait times no more than 5 minutes. Shipping rates are set by UPS not the store. I see complaints about the shipping rates, create a UPS account print your own label tape it with your tape problem solved.

I went here for the first time and had a notary done. I was confused and the employees were very helpful and guided me through each step. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I’m definitely coming back.
