Geez save your time and go to target in Chino because this one is so dirty , the restrooms were all nasty , every stall wasn't clean , no toilet was working and I'm pregnant so definitely need a restroom , target should be cleaning them restrooms because a lot of us had to pee but couldn't because it was that dirty !!

it's that time of year again! I waited close to 15 min on just one bag from the drive up services but I really do blame the holidays and them being understaffed:( Jose from Drive-up went out of his way to get me my order and was friendly and attentive! I appreciate his services thankyou Jose!!

I'm going to blame it on holiday shoppers but that's the first time I received bad service from the drive up I was missing two items Guy went back to going to get them got the wrong ones Then got home to realize one item was wrong and two items were bad quality guess can't do drive up during these times

Came in once to get milk and one of the market employees put a bag over my head and held me hostage in the meat cooler for 72 hours. Target made up for it though, I got a $5 gift card for the whole ordeal. Thanks Target! byuctf{cust0mer_serv1c3_suck5}

I would love to patronize stores in my own city; however the inventory at this location is terrible. The inventory stated online never matches what is physically in the store. Almost every drive up order is missing an item due to lack of inventory. The Norco location has much better stock so I am forced to shop there.

My rating is dramatically reduced because of the Giant ORDER PICKUP sign on the outside of the building. BECAUSE...when you walk inside the store it's not there. It's on the total opposite side of the store. I have limitations on how far I can walk so I was not happy. What is there is the grocery section and a self check out. It had an unreasonably long line and a worker telling everyone they were shutting it down due to some kind of problem. I know most Targets are set up with pickup by the entrance but I've never been inside this location so I just figured they were set up different. There was no line at the actual pickup counter and the worker was very friendly. She said they moved the pickup a year ago and had no idea why they haven't removed the sign. So, just keep that in mind if it's your first visit and...TARGET, for goodness sake TAKE DOWN THAT SIGN!

Ok This is My Target... I've been shopping here since I moved to Eastvale (Before it was even Eastvale) I bought my Daughter a Mini camcorder & have purchased 2 SD cards for said Camera, that don't work. Finally we just took the Camera in to see if they can help us in the electronic department. Such a waste of time... No help at all, the guy behind the counter was clueless. He didn't even look at the Camera or SD card. His suggestion was to "buy a new SD card"... No Sh** Sherlock. That's why I was there, genius. & he also chimed in with this winner "Or you can buy a new Camera" WTH ??? I thought they were supposed to be somewhat knowledgeable. How wrong I was.I will still love my Target & my Target runs. But, if that's how they run their electronic department.. I'll stick to Best Buy. Thank you very much.

I love going to target! This location stood out a little to me. I felt like a bunch of aisles just had a lot of merchandise on the floor or things were placed back messily onto the shelves. I'm going to guess this store is more understaffed compared to other stores because I don't think I actually saw any workers that weren't at the register.

Absolutely terrible!! I was waiting in the curbside pickup for over 45 minutes and never got my order. The curbside employees were walking so slow and nonchalant while all of the parking spaces were full. In the 45 minutes I was there only about 3 cars got their orders that I saw. Their app said that it was a busy time so it may take a little longer. It took longer not because it was busy but because the employees are sleep workers. A bunch of people left without getting their order. I have never been more disappointed with a retail experience in my life. Target doesn't care about my time!! I would love to stop shopping at target because of this but I am not poor enough to start shopping at Walmart so I guess I have no choice.

Watch out they charged an item that I didn't have in my cart. They were right in front of me and I don't know how they did it so quick just watch out and make sure they don't over charged you for items too. Can't believe this is happening so sad

Don't waste your time shopping here they either have missing or damaged items. And if you utilize the drive up feature, expect to wait 20 minutes plus. Just drive to Target Norco if you want better items and better customer service

Love this target so much! My order was incorrect and Melanie and Emma were amazing. They fixed the order right away and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. This store has the best employees and incredible customer service. This target is always reliable for having good employees.

Employees super nice. Pickup signs on the exterior and interior are completely wrong. Go to the customer service area near the main entrance where there is a small order pickup sign up sign hanging. Do not go to the grocery store side.

Terrible store! I went this morning to Target & saw that Halloween items (not candy) were 50%off. I returned 2 hours later and the 50% signs were gone. I questioned it & was told 2 different things: 1. they had to take down the signs because they were losing money! Duh! What did they think would happen if they posted 50% off?!?! 2. Another person told me that the 50% ended today. Ok, why weren't the signs removed before the store opened? As much as I hate the phrase "they need to get their act together". They really do. Please don't tell me they are short staffed because I saw workers standing around talking & it wasn't a work related conversation .

The worst drive up service . It takes them forever to come out and definitely service the other cars before you even tho you were there before . It's a complete mess .your better off going down at least you'll be faster .
