I had a horrible and rude encounter with Daniel. I called to get an auto quote for two cars. Daniel expressed that he cannot provide auto insurance quotes for 10 cars after asking for a quote on one car while laughing. I haven’t received such bad customer service from all state in the past which is disappointing.

I called to get insurance quotes for two cars to compare before I purchased one. The man I spoke named Daniel was rude by laughing at me when asked for another quote and said "I can't give you quotes for 10 cars" I thanked him and hung up. I pay too much for car insurance to be laughed at when asked for assistance.

Not sure what happened here. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return my calls. They do not respond to emails. I’d hate to see how anyone would be treated in the event of an accident. Do not recommend.Previous review: Maria at T&H has been incredible. She helped me set up a new policy with ease. She stayed in contact and was easily accessible throughout the entire process. I highly recommend giving this office a try if you’re in the market for insurance.

Yadira provided an amazing/ professional service when I just needed a quote for our 2 cars. And of course the quote she gave us for full coverage was unbeatable. She explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. I will gladly keep on recommending her.

I worked with Maria V. on my insurance policy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about my insurance needs. She didn't rush me and she handled all of my questions. She is ver responsive and she calls back when she says she will.

Great Customer service very professional, I speak with Maria Vazquez she help me understands the differences between all the coveranges.I didnt want to leave my other insurance but after she gave me the pricing i had no choice.
