We have been using this pharmacy for years now and love it. Walgreens may seem more convenient because of the drive through, but nothing beats being treated like you matter. So we switched to this pharmacy for all of our medications and will never go back. Thank you to all of the Ralph's pharmacy staff, we appreciate your kindness and help! ?

Well stocked and wide selection of merchandise. The produce looks good. The prices are generally better than Albertsons but much higher than Winco or Aldi. Aldi is close by on the same side of the street and just the other side of the 15 freeway. We visit this Ralph's mostly for the Redbox movie rentals.

This place sucks. They are always out of what I want, store is messy, floors are sticky, prices are high (like everywhere) and to top it all off at night all the regular check out lines are closed. Self check out only. I resent doing extra work that I am not paid for. Two employees standing around doing nothing. Willl look elsewhere in the future. Oh, and the paper bags have no handles! So lame.

This location needs to train the baggers better. 3rd time I did curbside order and my itmes were damaged which tells me the bagger did not care. My hamburger buns were smashed, my cilantro was smashed because the cans were on top of it and 1 cucumber was not that good. Whoever is picking out my items just picks out whatever. My second order, I got 13 tomatillos and at least 5 of them were really damaged. Then my bread was on top of the chicken. I appreciate the shopper/bagger doing the job but not when it's damaged. When I'm at the market I ask politely and respectfully, can you please put frozen and refrigerator items together, cans together and separate from the bread. I don't want cans on top of my meat, or my bread in top of my meat because if it opens up, then the juice spills out on top of everything. I hate to complain but better training is needed!!!

I already called corporate on Genie but I want other POC to know don't go here. Thus cashier literally argued with me about a law (mind you my parents are both lawyers and I'm a college graduate so her talking down to me was si unnecessary, I'm also Black and she's white) but I was treated so disrespectfully I considered a lawsuit since there's camera footage of this incident and how rude and disrespectful she was. Just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm automatically a criminal or should be treated like one. This employee didn't even apologize when she was shown proof she was wrong by the Store manager in public at self checkout. HR needs to fire this person because I will start a discrimination lawsuit

This place is nice my only complaint is the deli dept the older white lady that works there seems to really hate her job. She’s always rude to people and doesn’t seem to want to help anyone no matter how nice we are to her she’s always in a bad mood. Most of the times she ignores us until she’s ready. Not even a “I’ll be with you shortly” just completely acts as if we are not there. I’ve gone multiple times and so has my husband and she’s always rude. I would suggest she be moved to a different department because interacting with customers is not her strong point. Today my husband witnessed her being rude to an older Mexican lady because she had broken English and after she was done and it was my husbands turn he asked for shaved deli meat and she rolled her eyes and was literally slamming things. I really think management needs to do something about relocating her to a different department because she doesn’t seem happy

I was at self check out. Kayla helped me get everything taken care of. She showed excellent customer experience. I also went to the pharmacy the pharmacist was very knowledgeable and explained the medication with great detail. I highly recommend shopping at this Ralph’s.

This 5-star review is centered around the fried Catfish, made fresh at the meat counter.You can ask the meat department to fry a quantity of fish, of your choosing, and they will do so at no extra charge.My mother-in-law swears by the cajun fried Catfish nuggets.
