We have been using this pharmacy for years now and love it. Walgreens may seem more convenient because of the drive through, but nothing beats being treated like you matter. So we switched to this pharmacy for all of our medications and will never go back. Thank you to all of the Ralph's pharmacy staff, we appreciate your kindness and help! ?

I visited this Ralph's on Saturday night on 11/4/23 at 7:20 pm. The cashier was the night sales manager with a beard and dark hair. This guy needs to work on his manners and customer service. He didn't greet us and just slammed our items. I simply ask if he can check the prices and he was rudely aggressive and scanned the items and slammed them down the counter. Then he followed with do you want them or not. Total asshole. What customer would want anything from this person nor even want to shop here again. Can Ralph's at least find a decent human being to work in customer service. There are many other supermarkets that we can shop at. Never again!

The service is very excellent and the bathrooms are very clean the variety of options are top and the food is terrific I really recommend this.

I love this Ralph's I come here weekly to shop and the staff is amazing but I have always been dissatisfied with the deli counter service. The elderly woman with grey hair is incredibly rude. She slammed my food around and gave me the wrong amounts of everything. I tried correcting but she assured me I was wrong for asking for 1/2 a pound of mashed potatoes. (Though I have bought the 1/2 pound many times.) I asked for a 1/4 pound of Turkey because, I buy small amounts because it's just me. She gave me almost 3/4 a pound of Turkey. I hate that they sell the boars head here because it's my favorite turkey and every time I go to this deli counter I want to cry after

Thanks for the old, crusty "fresh" pizza dough. You ruined my night and everything I bought and cooked fir this meal just went down the drain. I let the dough rise for 3 hours. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happened. It's because it was OLD. I am NEVER EVER wasting my money at this store again.

Ralphs is a massive chain, but helpful people are the reason keeps on going. I was in there the other day and needed help finding red mangoes as they're not always available depending on which stores you go to. A friendly gentleman I believe named Gus pointed me in the right direction and even helped me look for them in the produce department. In the end, I went home with five mangoes, they're my favorite! Thank you for your help Gus.

I usually find grocery shopping relaxing and exciting... but tonight was NOT one of those times! In fact, tonight's experience at Ralphs @ Limonite/Eastvale CA was the worst experience I ever had shopping for groceries. I can't believe that an evening service manager, Fawad, would be so rude, call a customer a liar, threaten them and throw them out if you speak out... well, that's just what happened. Seems like this store has a customer service problem. I guess Ralphs doesn't realize that customers have choices... there are other stores just across the street where I know we will be treated 200% better and never have the need to ever set foot into a Ralphs store again. Subsequently, this experience will forever leave a bitter taste for this Ralphs brand! So, thanks again for the worst shopping experience and goodbye!

Thursday April 13th at 12:20 in the morning, I came in a god awful mood... But Cindy helped me and she was so sweet and so kind that I completely forgot about my entire day And just enjoyed that moment. That girl is wonderful... Amazing customer service and super sweet! That girl needs to be a manager or get a raise for how she treats the people around her! I don't usually venture up to Ralph's but you better believe I'm coming here more often if she's working!!

Very inconvenient to do grocery shopping esp if you're in a hurry. I was there around 9am with 20 items including fruits and vegetables. I approached a lady if they can open a register but she directed me to self service. I don't mind using self service if I have few items to scan w/o fruits and vegetables.I ended up using a lookup button to each one of them to search my items. It would have been a lot faster if they opened a register esp that I was not the only one who needed it.

just got ripped off by ralph's, eastvale!! after dumping $ into the "coinstar" machine on sunday, ralph's decided they'd rather keep my money rather than redeem the receipt for groceries. simply keeping "my" money!! no more ralph's. i'm done. too many other options in immediate area who actually demonstrate customer service.

Their google website says they take apple pay ... and it turns out they don't and not only that but the quality of everything is pretty poor ... how annoying

Visited Ralphs last night to get a cart full of items. Found that only self checkout was available. A staffer said they are moving to all self checkout. I had an extremely difficult time using the small space of the self checkout for a full cart of items. I ended up leaving the many produce items as they were too difficult to ring up. If they only have self checkout, more space is needed, or they should not provide carts. The current self checkout stations dont support large quantities.

Ron, the checkout attendant was extremely rude tonight. He was cherry picking customers to serve at his checkstand, and directing the rest to self check. When pressed as to why, his response was "I pick and choose who I want." When I asked to speak to a manager, Ron refused to, and stopped replying. I had to phone for a manager to intervene, and even then they weren't much apologetic. It would seem this is an acceptable standard of service. I've resided in Eastvale for nearly 20 years, and the service at Ralphs continues to tank. It's quite unfortunate. This is my neighborhood grocery store, and still I find myself shopping out of town, often near work, to avoid the abysmal customer service at this location. The attitudes of the staff are definitely not reflective of the community that they serve.

I like that they have fried chicken wings/thighs, and other hot foods right next to the deli. This was my second time getting the fried chicken wings. It's $6 per pound. The first time I bought it for a potluck... it was a hit! And I didn't have to cook! Yay! So, this time I got it because I was craving fried chicken and, again, too lazy to cook. Depending on the pieces you get, the smaller ones tend to be more dry, but the skin is crispy! I get the bottle of chick-fil-a sauce too for my dipping sauce.
