My cars newly installed front bumper came out in 8 months without any accident. Clearly visible poor quality of material and workmanship.Classic collision not ready to take responsibility. Will think twice next time

The work and time of the work at Classic was pretty quick turnaround. However, during the time of having my car they broke my cupholder in the back of my car, by aggressively pushing my seats down and now they dont want to fix it. I would highly suggest taking photos of everything in your car before taking your vehicle there, as they will not want to take accountabilty of their own mistakes. It is unfortunate that this happened and now I have to report this to my insurance company(even after having to get my car repaired). Just check your entire care when you pick up.

I brought my Honda Pilot in for repairs. I was more than happy with the service, professionalism and quality of work. They made the effort to use Honda parts when possible. Sandra communicated with me each step along the way. My insurance covered a car rental and it was continently in the same complex. I highly recommend!

They don't t work on Teslas.This place is a joke. Scheduled an appointment to get my wife's Model Y repaired. I received multiple e-mails confirming my appointment. As I sat in the parking lot, waiting for time for my appointment, i got another email stating my appointment had been canceled. I walked in and asked about it, and they said they don't work on Teslas.

I will let you know when I get my daughter's vehicle back!! Hopefully it will be in new shape when we get it back!! Her vehicle is almost brand new when some dude hit the rear knocking most of her technology out of wack.

I was told that I would have my car fixed in approximately 20 to 30 days. It would be that leads and to get parts due to the strike. I called on the 30 the day and was told it would be ready the next day. Again called and promised it would be done the following day. Didn't happen. That's my only problem. They shouldn't promise a car back unless you are 100 present know it's going to be ready. Alma in all I finalky got mycar back. I'm happy with the results. Another small issue was that they said it was detailed but it looks like they missed also there is dust in someplases I would use them again for sureServices: Painting

All in all the car looks great vi did have some issues with them telling me it was go ok ing to be ready and even promised me. That happened three times. I would of rather have them say they would try to get it done but don't promise also the car was suppose to have been detailed but there was dust in the cracks. The tired looked great. In the end they were Grest they helped with a discount on my deductible wich was awesome. And my car looks Grest thank you Ceasir

No personal check accepted without notifying in advance before pick up my car They ran the check anyway but it was denied without any specific reason Never had any problem with my check from other merchants End up paying with cc and just wasted 3% fee and no one at the shop dare to care about this I am a repeat customer but after this I am not coming back this shop again and going to report it to my insurance company I never saw any automotive shop doesn't take a personal check

The staff very professional I was sitting in the lobby to be attended and I would say 4 employees took notice of me and asked if I was being helped already, always had updates on my vehicle via text and was done on the time.
