My tire pressure light came on, I went the gas station the tire pressure machine didn't work, go figure. But The Mountain View Tire next to the Vons gas station has a self serve air pressure check station set up for anyone to use. It WORKS and it's free. I wanted to spread the word. Thank you Mountain View Tire.

I was driving and I went to the store. I looked n found that my tire was pretty much out of air. Luckily this Vons had a station next to it. I went there. They had a self-serve air pressure thing I was able to fill my tire. One of the staff came over and made sure I had the right tire pressure cuz I did not know where it was on my tire. They were very helpful. I lucked out that this place was next to the Vons where I shop. They're good people. Filled my tire and was able to go home. But it was the attentive service that I appreciated.

They have a free tire air pressure station. It is way better than the one at the gas station. It is self-service.

I went 3 times this week due to a slow leak in my tire, each time not a single employee stopped to help me or even acknowledge me. They have an air machine which I used as the employees stood around acting like they didn’t see me. On my 3rd visit yesterday, planning to get the tire fixed or replaced, this time an employee (white male, shaved head with long braids coming from the top) was helping an elderly man with air. I pulled up right next to him, the employee looked right past me (I was less than 5 feet away) puts the air hose on the machine and walked into the garage and did nothing since there were no cars inside and just did everything to not look in my direction. I am a 50+ female, I would think someone would at least ask if I needed help, but nope! I filled my tire and headed straight to a different tire shop that cared about customer service. Very disappointing

This place is a scam and they try to rip u off any way they can. A simple alignment that should cost. $120 they charge u over $300 because according to them its a job you have to do twice. Save your money and headaches and go elsewhere

I hope this is the one in the Home Depot parking lot in Eastville? I complained about the service at this Mountain View tire and auto service and they responded back to me and said we apologize to give us more information when you need you to call us back and give us more information so I did, and the lady I spoke with was rude of course and she hung up on me. Don't know if it was my accident or not but she was rude anyways so I'm glad she hung up on me. Can you please give me a call at 909-839-3966.

I made an appointment to drop off my car in the morning for an oil change. I wanted to go with the high mileage synthetic blend oil option that is stated on their website. When dropping my car off at 9:30am, I was told they do not offer the synthetic blend option of oil, only the conventional or fully synthetic so I just went with the conventional oil.The worst part was that I wasn't notified until about 5pm that the car was ready for pick up. I understand that it may be a busy day, but 7+ hours for an oil change is just absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I won't be going back and I'll stick with Jiffy Lube from now on.

Just cause it says they close at 6pm does not mean they’re there to help you until 6. Brian answered the call and was rude and didn’t care to help. I asked him about the location showing it closed at 6pm and not quite understanding why he wasn’t able to fix my tire if it was 4:30pm and he replied we’ve been open since 7am and hung up on me.

I have never been more impressed with an auto shop in my life. I always buy used vehicles and I’ve been to many mechanics. While working with Misty absolutely everything was explained honestly. I didn’t feel pressured into fixing anything at all. They took my 2015 Volkswagen in and treated me liked I owned 2023 Mercedes. I will take all future vehicles and car repairs here. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Couldn't get in to get my tire fixed for 2 days, so I went elsewhere. You need an appointment and they are limited.

I don’t like to complain, but I took my car here the other day spoke with Brian the manager and needed to get a wheel alignment done and he told me they couldn’t do that because of something under my car or something which I don’t understand what it could be so he told me I got to take to autobody shop so anyways I’m not gonna end up taking my car here anymore but I know if you’re reading this comment Brian I still appreciate everything you try to do it’s just I’m very dissatisfied with the service man and I just feel like you know that the alignment could’ve been done but anyways thank you anyway man and God bless

Had a great experience at this store. Brian took care of me and got my car taken care of. I liked the friendly service and how it's near my house. Looks like I found my new Auto shop.

I definitely would not allow the women in my house to do business there.

I took my Honda CRV in to fix code PO843 with the problem description and what I wanted for service. I performed due diligence before hand of the cost range, and It should cost around $200 for part and labor. When I took it in with exactly what I wanted to replace they still ran a diagnostic check but no worries because it would be applied towards the cost of the bill. After diagnostic Mountainview gave me an outrage price of ~$480 which was over my budget forcing me to decline the repair. But I got stuck to pay a diagnostic fee of $99 which I never wanted to do in the first place. I took it to another trusted mechanic shop with the same code and the cost was $159 TOTAL. My vehicle is now fixed. Observation: MountainView may indicate "free estimate" but requires a diagnostic, is misleading. In addition their inflated cost of over 100% is a ripoff in my opinion.
