We had 60k miles on our Corolla hybrid with 0 issues, until we changed all four of our tires here. Ever since changing the 4 tires, 3/4 of our valve stems have been loose and leaking air. You can tap on the valve stem with your finger and hear the air leak. Front desk told us that it’s normal for valve stems to “wear” and start leaking over time. When was the last time anyone had a car with 3/4 valve stems “wear out” after a complete tire change, at around 60k miles? Had many cars, with more miles, and they never had this issue. It seems as though it was an installer issue, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. We had them FIX the issue, and paid for it, and still had the problem. I am going to guess that the TPMS were not mounted correctly. This issue wasted a lot of our time. Make sure you check on your valve stems before leaving, lol.

This is the second and final strike for me at this shop. The first time I came here I brought my truck in and paid 2000 to not have the problem fixed. Today, I brought my work truck in for a tire and oil change with an appointment on a sunday at 1:30. Apparently they can just say we don't take appointments that late even with proof of an appointment, not do anything to honor it.
Don't bother bringing your vehicle here. Nothing will ever get done.

Worst experience ever. Not too long ago I came in to ask if they can help me with my flat tire at least patch it up and get a new one there. The gentleman “helping” me said he didn’t have time. They were booked and if I was not going to buy tires from them they would not assist me. Went to an another tire shop where they helped me and assisted me. They patched my tire and I bought my new tire from that place where they did help me out. Will not do business here at all. The customer service is not there they look like they hate their job and on top of that the employees there don’t know how to do their job right . Honestly why does this place even exist if they are not willing to help you out or do business with you and the employees look miserable.

I dropped my car off as soon as they opened at 730am as a walk in and they didn't start working on my car until I called them at 1 pm. They then called me at 3 and said my car was ready and I gave the cashier 400$ cash and the rest as a card payment. I clearly asked him to double count my cash and he put it in the system wrong and called me 2 hours later saying I short changed him when I clearly asked him to double count my cash. He called me saying I was the only person who paid cash so I basically stiffed them! It's his responsibility to make sure the right amount of cash is going into there register! I'm literally only 22 years old and this is my first car and my first time buying tires and I had an awful experience! I feel taken advantage of Not only did I have to drive 30 minutes back but I felt as if I was called a thief and they did a half fast job putting on my tires as you can see there's some gooey stuff or the stuff they use to seal it all over all 4 of my rims! I bought these tires brand new and they're not even shiny or polished. I'm so disappointed as I heard nothing but good things about this place. I will not be returning and I would not recommend.

I have been going here for years and I have always been completely satisfied with the quality of work that is performed, when I owned my business I would always have my company vehicles serviced and maintained by this shop in Eastvale . I definitely recommend mend them.

These guys are solid. I recently got ignored by a local Toyota dealer for services and needed to find someone honest and professional. That’s exactly what I experienced here, right from the get go. Everything was taken care of as promised and within the time frame quoted. My car was up and running in a few hours. These guys know what they are doing and are very honest. Definitely recommend them and will be visiting them for future services.

Do not go here! The service charges at this store are outrageous. I went in and did a simple tire repair with a small nail that would have been free at America’s Tire and only $10 at Costco but here it was $59 which is way overpriced.

Way over priced here 65 to mount and balance 1 tire lol drive 5 minutes over the freeway to Mira loma only 20 dollars and you can wait you don’t have to leave it for hrs! Place is ridiculous.

DO NOT GO HERE! literally you'll have more problems on top of the problem you already had... it resulted in them saying "you need a new engine completely" after they could of said that to me to begin with, lets just say it was my 6th time there after i only needed minor things fixed and i told them to tell me what was wrong with everything to begin with... it was a crack that could have had everything resolved to begin with instead of me spending over $7k and in debt...oh and on top of that 2 of my friends complained of the same thing "suddenly our engines had problems or cracks that weren't an issues to begin with"
