“I checked in last week to purchase a new pair of Work Pants and I found a really comfy set of Nine West Jogger Trousers that were perfect! I really appreciate the Fitting Room Attendant for clearing out the rooms periodically to give me a comfortable and clean space to try on different Brands and designs. When I asked her if there were any more of the Pair I liked at the Store, the Team Member told me all they have is what's displayed but also gave me helpful suggestions on similar designs that were available with other Brands!Evelyn rang me up too and also contributed lots of positive and energizing Vibrations to the Experience! I appreciate how Evelyn remembered my name and warmly chatted with me with a hilariously fun and relatable sense of humor to help me roll out my painfully stressed tight budget knots :0)The Team Members here work extremely well and definitely exceed my expecations when it comes to Hospitality, Friendliness, and clean and comfortable Order!! “Had a great experience with Arman at Xerxes after coming in to buy a suit for a wedding. I knew that I needed to update my wardrobe, since I haven't bought a suit in about 20 years, and Arman made the whole process completely painless. He helped me pick out and try on several options and really showed me how to start building out a functional wardrobe for myself. Will definitely be directing all of my friends and family his way in the future and I'm sure I'll be back again soon. Also, he was even able to get a beautiful suit for my 2 year old that matches the one I'm wearing!”

“I went to the michael kors outlet that's in ontario mills. I was walking around to see what they have. And when I was looking at a nice watch one employee did good service asking me nicely if I will like to see the watch. Then he took it out from the box. And when he gave it to me so I can get a good look at the watch i saw that it looks nice with all the diamonds that it has. And I asked him about the discounts and he did good service letting me know that thy have diferent discounts every week. And I liked that they had the store nice and clean too.”

“Honestly I live in Beaumont and customer service here is non existent and I rarely drive into town let alone this mall. I was assisted by a young lady by the name of Maddie. I asked for help I was searching for dragon ball stuff apparel and trading cards. She was SOOOOOOO FRIENDLY!!!!!! 5*** 10*** HONESTLY she was so kind to me and so respectfully I could cry. But seriously I Honor great customer service and hospitalilty . If you want this store to thrive promote this young lady to supervisor or manager she is amazing!!! She knows how to treat people and honestly I'd come back just because of her service . This young lady will excell in life for sure.

“2nd To None has an amazing selection of clothes in this mall. Their customer service is indeed top tier and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I moved out of state and always place orders with them. I receive my order's usually within 2 days. They also have the best sales during the year. Definitely a much better value than other stores selling the same products for sure.”
“This store was Such a fun discovery for me because I needed something diff from Kate Spade New York who had limited Disney items for more expensive. I would invest buying a Japanese Animanga handbag (like a Totoro) one in the future or another Disney branded shoulder bag here. However, this was my first visit, I decided to go for some Sanrio jewelry and a Winnie-the-Pooh pair of socks!!!!I spent almost an hour here but found some Sanrio jewelry here for cheaper. I usually don't buy non-Designer rings, but they sold Little Twin stars' rings here and they perfectly fit. I still prefer wearing Designer rings to work though. So I'll switch rings off on my day offs only. When you work an upscale job, you gotta use Designer brands to be more presentable. Anyways, but I still like what 'Hot Topics,' offered, and they are having a promotion on spend $30, get $15 'Hot Topic,' cash right now to start in November/2023. You won't lose the reward even though you may lose the reward invitation slip. I'll be back in November for a Disney shoulder bag or Japanese Animanga (Totoro) one as shown in one of my pics attached below. I bought a set of 4 pins to give coworkers because the pins had a positive message on them. I'll be back for more pins later today!!!!”

“I checked in recently on my day off and had an incredibly fun and uniquely nourishing experience! Nestle was the Manager on Duty and her Energy was so Professionally Chic and Fun, the perfect Aura to set the mood for a Happy and Successful Shopping Experience! I've frequented this Tillys a few times and have experienced casual friendly service at best, but Nestle's Flow brought a whole new level of Responsible and Caring Enthusiastically Engaged Leadership! She greeted me right when I walked in, helped me feel relaxed and welcomed, and kept herself busy properly restoring order and efficiency in her Workspace while I browsed the Cave and all the interesting Clothes and Accessories it had to offer. A Sexy and Interesting Design caught my Eye, a T-Shirt that stated "Cut your Losses" with a Romantically Dark and Laid Back Acceptance of the Ugly Truth Vibe to it, and I decided to try it on! All the shirts were neatly folded and arranged from smallest to largest so I was easily able to locate my Size. I brought the shirt to the fitting room area where I was met by another friendly and sincerely caring and helpful Team Member! She was also hustling responsibly when I approached her and let me know she would be happy to assist me in setting me up with a Fitting Room. Like Nestle, the quality of her Customer Service really exceeded my Expectations too because she asked me for my Name to make the experience feel more warm and personalized and made my Business feel so treasured and valued!!I tried on the shirt and Voila!!!! It was the perfect "Time to let go of the Toxic Untrustworthy Snakes in my Life" Art Therapy Statement Shirt to help me move forward in Style and inspire others to do the same. I brought my Shirt to the front and Nestle rang me up but in a way that was fun, playfully memorable, and kindly engaging! Nestle complimented me on my Hot Dog earrings and she recommended Dog Haus for me to try on my next Craving Run, and also encouraged me to sign up for Tilly's Rewards too to help me optimize on the value of my Visit! I left the store feeling very happy and my Morale instantly boosted with the Tilly's Brand thanks to the wonderful Batch of Professionally Sexy Hustlers who currently run this Store. Hats off to Management for building such an Efficiently Strong Sales Driven Team who understands what Customers need to have a Special and Outstanding Shopping Experience!!!PS I wore my Cut Your Losses Shirt for the first time Yesterday and it looks FIRE with Emo Suavecita Grunge Punk Accessory Weapons!!!
