Absolutely horrible service! These people have had my special needs son's iPad for well over a month and a half! I have repeatedly called to be told that I will get a call back. I have only received one callback from the owner Zach. today I was informed that the iPad is on its way back and he'll let me know when he gets it. I was also informed that the iPad was at the store in Rancho Cucamonga. It's still not fixed. Owner was definitely rude telling me I do not understand the process, I don't have to understand the process. It does not take very much for someone to keep you informed as to what's going on when they do not meet their own deadline I was told one week I waited two weeks before I started calling and each time I called, I was just put off, I would not leave anything of mine here. This is so disappointing. I will never do business with him again. Hopefully he will get my iPad to me tomorrow and a refund of my money like he said.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob who assisted me with changing the battery on my phone. He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommended this phone repair shop.

I checked in a few weeks ago to ask for help with a malfunctioning Camera and Israel was such a cool and efficiently organized Professional! He showed me how to clear the Selfie Camera part without belittling me and was such a friendly and attentively respectful listener. The best price in IE for screen repair. They were fast and efficient completing my repair on Pixel 7 pro. I was in a rush and Ismael completed the work in less than an hour. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Very responsive to Yelp as well. He answered all my questions in a matter of minutes.

I Phix phone repair provides great service and has great customer service! we had our sons screen fixed and there was a minor issue and I Phix repair took care of the problem right away!! I highly recommend this business.

I have never been here before but let me tell you these guys are great. My sons phone wasn't charging at all. He trouble shot it and figured out there was a piece of a charger stuck inside and pulled it out. They did this for free. If it something small they literally just told me to come back when I needed something fixed. That it! I will be back for sure.

Chose this local shop to replace my iPhone screen. They charged me $100. Fair price I suppose. Within three days of picking up my phone the screen wasn't working properly. When I went in to ask for help he said he could only give me a discount on a new screen. $80. Then the price changed to $60 as I was walking out. So disappointed.

I cracked my screen and couldn't see anything. I went to a few other places before finding IPhix. The other places were more expensive and couldn't fix my phone the same day. Israel at IPhix had my screen replaced in 10 minutes and at a better price!I would recommend IPhix for their great customer service, fast repair, and reasonable prices.

Took my son's tablet in for repair after he accidentally cracked the screen. But first I had called a couple places asking if they could repair it and they told me it wasn't worth getting fixed or we're charging me a ridiculous price that I would be better off buying a new one. I called this place last and they gave me a fair price and said they could fix it.We'll when I got it back I was more than impressed at the job they did. They did a great job and the tablet looks like nothing ever happened to it. I highly recommend this business and I will definitely go to them again.

Only spent 90$ to repair my screen for my Oneplus Nord N10 Plus 5G. Other locations offered 120$ for lower quality. They're nice and straight to the point. I really like this location.
