This is a 1 star reveiw because the customer service rep did not understand nor care that safety should be always at the forefront. So tonight I go into home depot and I go to the access chairs to grab a cart that I can drive in the store because I can't walk through the store......I looked down to make sure the chair wasn't plugged into the wall, confirmed it wasn't, lifted my head back up and boom hit the top of my head on the brass pipe that was on the wall protruding out. My head hurts horribly but I figure it was just a bump and keep moving on. I grab what I needed and checked out. When I got to the car I sat there for a minute and was in a little shock that my head was still hurting. I drove home and thought about the safety and well being of others so I called them and spoke to a lady in the customer returns area which is right in front of the electric carts. I told her what happened and I wanted to make her aware of what happened to me and most importantly that they should move those electric carts so no one else hits their head. She told me that she would let her supervisor know. No I am sorry that happened to you, are you ok? Nothing. No concern. So this is me letting you all know if you ever need those carts and they are against the wall on the customer return side that you be extremely cautious.

I was greeted with a huge smile, making me feel welcome. In my time consuming decision of which product to purchase, patience, professionalism, with no pressure to" hurry up" GABE was definitely the best part of my experience at Home Depot. Thank you so much!

Almost always a poor experience. Never anyone around to assist. Antiquated payment systems that have not been improved since their data breaches.

I had tried having their employee cut some lumbers, but an associate had me wait in the cutting area since they have to close an area to unload some products on the top shelf. However, I waited for almost 30 minutes, the associate and his other collegues were just talking and laying around. I just walked out and left to Lowes.

The people in the store didn't know where anything was. We had to look ourselves and somebody who was working that didn't even work there. He was merchandise or helped us, but wasn't for him. We would've never found what we were looking for.

Kudos to the rental equipment attendant, who makes sure that his customers are well satisfied of customer service ???. I hope other attendants will follow your lead in customer service attitude.

Self serve checkout just sucks, so does assisted checkout. Never enough staff. There's a chinese guy in the parking lot selling burritos. Who knows what is inside of these gut bombs. Does "eastvale have a health dept.? Does home depot approve of illegal vendors? I see the security guard walking around talking on his cell phone just having a marvelous time. There is also a brown guy selling work boots out of his truck with a complete display of boots, very nice display I might add. And the usual scammer chick wandering around the parking lot, shaking a clear plastic jar with change in it asking for people to "help" her with her ''recovery''. Seems EVERY home depot has one of these chix. Only good thing about this place is sometimes they play 80's music.

The Home Depot (Mira Loma, CA) went out of their way to assist me. While the shelf (hardware) was bare, Larry & Sara found overstock 4 racks above general sales stock. One rolling ladder later, I had ALL I needed. These folks were truly helpful, courteous, and made it a pleasure! A true Rolex/Lexus quality experience!

I went to the store to pick up my online order. When the clerk asked for my ID, I showed it to her, but she said the name didn't match because two letters were missing from my first name. I then showed her the order number, the confirmation email, the credit card I used, and the Home Depot app.
I left the store, and shortly after, she called to say someone tried to pick up my order. I explained that it was me and that she had just refused to give me my order. She then hung up on me! The order was just an air filter, for goodness' sake.

As a construction worker I go to Home Depot’s along all SOCAL and the management here is by far the dumbest they have a line of 6 people one cashier and 4 closed self checkout kiosks I am literally writing this while still in line… use the resources available to you
