I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. “There is no other store like this at this mall. The selection is very interesting, and there is so much to see. Me and my kids love visiting, even if we don't always make a purchase (because it's a little pricey). The people who work here are always welcoming, and not in the forced "Welcome in" way you hear just about anywhere else. The clothing in particular is really cool and feels like nice quality. Tonight we came in to do some pre-Black Friday browsing (so I could see what my kids liked) and we had another really fun time checking out the whole store. “Gone are the days of going to Home improvement or hardware stores and having retired contractors with a wealth of knowledge eager to help someone. Unfortunately these days quality costumer service is hard to come by. Which is precisely why I want to highlight Matt and his team at floor and decor in norco. He had helped me about a year ago picking out some stacked stone for my fireplace. He then gave me step by step instructions on the how to, supplies needed, and strategies to make it look great. The project came out flawless thanks to him. A year later I stopped by for my bathroom remodel, he remembered helping me out and followed up on how the wife liked the fireplace and to see pictures.. Just the small ability to recall the project and greet me by my first name is what sets this store apart from any other. As if that wasn't enough he proceeded to guide me through the process, he also took the time to help with the design as his designers were busy with other costumers. Long story short, the whole crew from the cashiers to the staff on the floor have brought back to the industry what used to be the norm. I will continue to bring my business along with referrals to F&D Norco.”
