I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. “Really impressed with this store. It may not catch your eye from the sidewalk, but you will be happy if you step inside - the Native American pottery is unique and very attractive. Their selection of Native American jewelry is also impressive. The store owners are very helpful and friendly and I am glad I stepped inside for a closer look. “Service is great. Sales rep Kath did her best to work with us. Ordered a Lift Chair with all the medical requirements, we negotiated came to an agreement and when the chair is made delivery is set for 4-8 weeks. When I receive the chair and am able to use it I will give more information.”
“I love the variety of items they sale. I love going for special items that I want to gift. It is a bit pricey so that's why it's 4 for and not a 5. I do like to go by their clearance section when I visit because sometimes they have very good pricing on the items they want to clear out. Also, love when they have decorations at discounted prices or clearance. They recently had 50% of Easter items so I bought a few and 90% off St. Patrick's Day decorations. If you have space or have very good organization skills it's nice to get items at these prices. I will definitely go back for the clearance items or for special gifting ideas. I'm glad this store exists as an option.”

“My wife and I went in to select tile for our new BBQ Island. We got to work with Gaby, a designer. She was a tremendous help. She walked us all around the store, looking at their huge selection. The whole time getting to know us, our project, and the look we were going for. We left with everything we were looking for. Gaby and her manager Ricardo were both a lot of help and provided superior customer service. I highly recommend them and will be going back again for our next project.”

“I am SHOCKED! I tell you flabbergasted that I had never reviewed this place before! This is my 2nd home away from home for all things culinary. I love everything about this small shop. They are consistently changing the products seasonally and this is a place you can come into and wander about to find that special gift for someone. I come here often for Nordicware or for Beekman body products. The gift wrapping here is so special (psst it's one of the reasons why I keep coming) their buyer takes the time to purchase little unique items that would go wonderfully in someone's kitchen. Once a year they have a sidewalk sale and you can find cool things discounted so please do check their Instagram page often for those dates. Respectfully Reviewed.”
“Had a very wonderful experience at this location. I went in knowing what wanted to get a reclining chair and I had already looked online and kind of knew what I wanted. The sales associate Patricia was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to show me the display of the chair I wanted plus other options. I was able to get out the door with an order for a great for a much lower price than I expected. I recommend talking to Patricia for all your furniture needs. Next time I need more furniture I'll be back.”

“There is no other store like this at this mall. The selection is very interesting, and there is so much to see. Me and my kids love visiting, even if we don't always make a purchase (because it's a little pricey). The people who work here are always welcoming, and not in the forced "Welcome in" way you hear just about anywhere else. The clothing in particular is really cool and feels like nice quality. Tonight we came in to do some pre-Black Friday browsing (so I could see what my kids liked) and we had another really fun time checking out the whole store. “HomeGoods has a lot to offer. This is a store for you to visit when you have plenty of time to look. You can really find some gems. You should check each section of the store. Sometimes, items are placed in a different section. You may have a wait in line depending on how busy they are. But if they are very busy, they will call additional cashiers, and they try to have the line flow quicker. I would even suggest checking out their food items, such as candies, spices, and other unique items”
