I love this pharmacy. They have so much stuff that workers are so nice they give you service asap and they close at a good time it's a 4 minute drive from my house and the workers are superPatient.

Had a terrible experience picking up medicine at this pharmacy. There was a mixup with my order. One girl told me it would be covered by insurance so I went back the next day to pickup again and KATRINA had an extremely rude tone and was not interested in helping me. She said she is a supervisor.... I'm shocked she is still working here as I just read several other negative reviews by other customers. She must be a relative of the boss or something because there is no way that anyone would keep someone employed with such a disgusting personality. Either that or no one is reading these reviews? I've never been treated this poorly before by any store associate. Only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because I came back couple days later and another Asian girl was super nice and helpful. I wish I got her name.

This pharmacy is terrible. They have consistently messed up my prescription by either giving me a medication for a condition I do not have or submitting incorrect dosage to my insurance, or have sent my medication out and given me the run around. When I call to rectify their error, they argue and do not allow me to speak and refusing to give me their name or the name of the pharmacist available.Years ago I left this pharmacy for the same reasons. I only have a prescription at this location because no one seems to carry my medication at this time. I realize they still have the same issues, no one seems to really be qualified in working with medication at this location.Incredibly terrible customer service!

I checked in recently to help my Mother get a pneumonia shot and all the Pharmacists were extremely Professional and helpful! They were focused, calm, efficient, and kind when it came to instructing us how to fill out the Paperwork and Christina the Technician who helped administer the shot worked with a wonderfully sharp and fully present and caring sense of urgency. We also loved Christina's sense of Humor which made the experience extra fun and enjoyable!Andrew, Dulce, Nataly, Irma, Jordan, and Robbie also consistently provide extra warm and hospitable service upfront! They are great at greeting us immediately upon arrival, remembering our names to create a familiar and cozy sense of Community, assisting us with questions on how to successfully navigate the Self-Checkout process when it comes to applying Coupons, and sending us off with positive and caring farewells to leave a positive lasting impression.The latest KISS Nails deals are a fabulous Steal too! Dulce models the Vogue Fantasy Glow in the Dark sets beautifully and I am really excited to gift them to my Press On Lover Coworkers!

My husband got a notification that his prescription was ready but when we arrived we sat in line for 45 minutes only to be told that our prescription was lost. They also informed us that they were low on supply for our medication and could only supply with a partial prescription. This is the second time this month that I had to wait this long. Needless to say I will be switching pharmacies. CVS is ridiculous :(

Buyer beware!! They refused to help assist me with an online order I needed to cancel because it went to the wrong store. I contacted the online assistance. They told me to deal with the store my purchase went to, called that store they told me to go to the store I wanted it go to. I went into Eastvale asking for help, got an attitude from the supervisor. She seemed annoyed that she even had to listen to me. I've been an avid buyer at CVS for many years. Spending thousands of dollars of the years making purchases there. I will now be taking my business to Walgreens. A few years back I switched pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens due to the poor communication and customer service. Now I'm not doing any business with CVS. Talk about screwing people out of time and money. Yes, I will eventually get my money back if I don't pick up my order but that's not the point. I used coupons and everything else to get discounts for the recent online pickOrder. Those coupons will expire and I will need to pay full price. CVS Management: Do better! Hire professionals that care about customer service. You're ridiculous

Every time I call for a question no one answers the phone for hours then after all that wait they answer and say please hold and there goes another literally an hour an hour and a half and still no one answers you are on hold you can never get through... and when you go to the store, some pharmacist and the assistance are very rude

Visited the Minute Clinic on 4/28 for the 1st and was pleasantly surprised. The Nurse Practitioner, Denise, was absolutely great. She was nice, professional, gave great explanations & tips. I would definitely come back.
