I had a great experience with the pharmacist today. He is very helpful. I truly appreciate him. It was either Tim W. or Jim W.

Had a terrible experience picking up medicine at this pharmacy. There was a mixup with my order. One girl told me it would be covered by insurance so I went back the next day to pickup again and KATRINA had an extremely rude tone and was not interested in helping me. She said she is a supervisor.... I'm shocked she is still working here as I just read several other negative reviews by other customers. She must be a relative of the boss or something because there is no way that anyone would keep someone employed with such a disgusting personality. Either that or no one is reading these reviews? I've never been treated this poorly before by any store associate. Only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because I came back couple days later and another Asian girl was super nice and helpful. I wish I got her name.

It was a waste of time. I waited for an hour and was told that it was not covered.

This pharmacy is terrible. They have consistently messed up my prescription by either giving me a medication for a condition I do not have or submitting incorrect dosage to my insurance, or have sent my medication out and given me the run around. When I call to rectify their error, they argue and do not allow me to speak and refusing to give me their name or the name of the pharmacist available.Years ago I left this pharmacy for the same reasons. I only have a prescription at this location because no one seems to carry my medication at this time. I realize they still have the same issues, no one seems to really be qualified in working with medication at this location.Incredibly terrible customer service!

The pharmacy is the worst. Go to the CVS website & look at the directory at the bottom. Does it say customer service anywhere? Nope. & it's clear they do not care about customers.I got emails, texts & phone calls asking me if I wanted 90 days on my prescriptions. I said no to all of them.I go in to pick up my refill & it's way more expensive. I look & it's a 90 day fill.I told them I don't want it & to put it in their system.I come in again. Same thing. 90 day fill.So I asked to talk to the head pharmacist.I told her my problem. She said because they are linked with Aetna, Aetna can go into their system & just change it.Hello? That's not my problem, that's yours. I DON'T WANT 90 DAY FILL!!!So she says she will change it in the system. The next time I come in 1 of 3 medications is ready & it's a 30 day fill. Next medication, guess what? 90 days. Then I come in again to get the one that was just 30 days & the 3rd medication is also due. I get 30 day fill & they have to call the doctor for prescription extension on the 3rd med. Why wasn't this done already? I have only been getting these same medications for years & they go hand in hand dependent on the other. It's not like it's for a cold. I'm on it for life.So after getting doctor approval I go in & guess what? 90 days for this one too. So I tell them I don't want it & I have now have to come back to get it filled correctly.Another 30 days gone by & I need the meds that I just got 2 times in a row 30 days. Guess? Yep 90 days. This is the worst customer service possible. Now this past 2 weeks I've been getting text messages that they need approval for an alternative medication. Why? The most popular, reddely available medication for an extremely common condition isn't available??& you don't have the remainder of the 90 days that I rejected last time for a customer coming in every 30 days for years? No other CVS has any either?I get a text today saying the doctor hasn't responded to the request for alternative medication. So I call CVS & of course have to sift through their garbage automated system. Finally I get through & guess what? Everything is fine on their end, it's all worked out.So bothering me with text messages that are not even accurate & it was for a medication that I don't need a refill for another 3 months because I was only using half & they gave me a 90 day fill on it.What a vision of utter incompetence. This is just one scenario by the way.My wife ordered a prescription. Was texted it's ready. I arrive & it's not. They say 15 minutes. I can't wait. I come back 3 hours later. It's not ready yet they say. I come back the next day. No it's not ready because we don't have it.Well you supposedly had it yesterday. No we never had it. But we are getting it tomorrow.I come in next day. No we don't have it. We haven't sold it in years & we can't get it.So I had to go to Target pharmacy to get it & they had plenty in stock.Another time my wife got a prescription sent to the pharmacy by her doctor. It was a refill that is "sooner than expected" so the lady at CVS says we are not going to give it to you, it's too soon for a refill.I asked did you receive the request from the doctor today? Yes. But it's too soon we won't give it to you.I said my wife needs it & her doctor sent the request. She says, I don't care I'm not giving it to you. I said you understand you are hurting my wife by not filling a doctor prescription you received today? Yes I understand that. I don't care I'm not giving it out. What??? I wish I could have sued them right then & there but unfortunately I don't have the money for a lawyer. At least I haven't seen that worker again since then.CVS does not care about it's customers. Period.

This Pharmacy line is ridiculous! As big as this store is there should definitely be two people giving prescriptions out. Having to be in line for 10 to 20 minutes each time is unacceptable.

You have to be rich in order to use the minute clinic. They turned their nose up to me because I have medi-cal and needed a formal covid test. I wasn't even offered to pay out of pocket. As soon as they found out I had .edi-cal, I was canceled. F this store!

My husband got a notification that his prescription was ready but when we arrived we sat in line for 45 minutes only to be told that our prescription was lost. They also informed us that they were low on supply for our medication and could only supply with a partial prescription. This is the second time this month that I had to wait this long. Needless to say I will be switching pharmacies. CVS is ridiculous :(

Buyer beware!! They refused to help assist me with an online order I needed to cancel because it went to the wrong store. I contacted the online assistance. They told me to deal with the store my purchase went to, called that store they told me to go to the store I wanted it go to. I went into Eastvale asking for help, got an attitude from the supervisor. She seemed annoyed that she even had to listen to me. I've been an avid buyer at CVS for many years. Spending thousands of dollars of the years making purchases there. I will now be taking my business to Walgreens. A few years back I switched pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens due to the poor communication and customer service. Now I'm not doing any business with CVS. Talk about screwing people out of time and money. Yes, I will eventually get my money back if I don't pick up my order but that's not the point. I used coupons and everything else to get discounts for the recent online pickOrder. Those coupons will expire and I will need to pay full price. CVS Management: Do better! Hire professionals that care about customer service. You're ridiculous

Some of the pharmacy staff needs further training in customer service. If you can't talk to customers with respect, it's time for you to change jobs. My Elderly mother called and the woman who answered her call was being very rude and hung up on her when she asked to speak to someone else. How can you be so disrespectful to someone who's done nothing to you. There's no excuse for this type of behavior.
