I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, and one thing I've always liked, is when a customer asked me for my opinion on the item they are about to purchase. I give them my 2 cents, and they can do with it what they want. But what do you do when the salesperson, only wants to give you facts and options? I'm not in your industry, I didn't do any research. So why won't you tell me your opinion on certain items I want to buy? I spent over $3500 and I still feel like I was shafted. I'm still confused about what I bought, and I'm not even really sure if I want to keep it, or return it. Salesman number one, we will call him "G". Showed me 20 different options of televisions, told me what each one does, and why I was making a mistake from purchasing TV "A" vs TV "B"...What? All I want is an 85" flat screen tv with the best visual. That's it, nothing more, nothing less...So Mr G, you know I want an 85" tv, why are you offering me smaller televisions? You know my budget is $1000-$1500, why are you offering me $3000 tv's? OLED, QLED, wtf is that? I don't care. I want an 85" tv with the best visual output....Whacha got? Oh but wait Mr G. I also want a sound bar with a bass, which one do you recommend? Oh you don't know? My budget is ANOTHER $1000-$1500...For a decent sound bar/surround sound... It was like pulling teeth!! Finally after pissing me off, and pissing my wife off. We picked the Sony Bravia x80. And a Bose 700 sound bar...Also picked up my sons curved monitor for his gaming.....$3500 later, and I'm still pretty upset. Manager Chris. I Love you bro! You were real from the start, and I appreciate the small, yet awesome discounts you offered. Overall this won't stop me from shopping at Best Buy, but it will teach me to look for help from someone else. Although I enjoy my new flatscreen, the process to acquire it, was a headache...

I. Giving them one star, but they actually deserve zero. After purchasing a fold 4 from them a little over a year ago, it went out due to samsung faulty design of installing antenna wires in the hinge. But the issue is with Bestbuy. They guaranteed me 1000 on a trade-in when purchased as long as I bought another Samsung phone. I spent almost 2000 dollars on this phone but after only a year the wifi went out. And bestbuy would not honor their offer claiming they no longer do business with T mobile. I'm sorry Bestbuy but you made the offer not T mobile elsewise I would have bought the phone from them. So they only offered me 200 dollars for a trade-in on a phone that I paid 2000 dollars for little about 15 months ago. I spend 1000's of dollars at bestbuy. Even last month, almost 1000 for a quest 3 and accessories. But I assure you they will never see a penny from me again. I urge you to make bestbuy give you a written and signed contract for any and all offers they make. They are extremely dishonest.

I have 05 Scion TC it needs an upgrade Navigation and sound badly . Spencer Installed a Kenwood system that had Apple Car Play and played DVD/CD a small Amplifier to power a Subwoofer and new Kicker speakers All this during Southern California heavy rain time !

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! david in T.v. Section was amazing! He truly took his time helping us find the perfect TV and also the best way to make sure we got our savings! I WILL BE BACK TO PURCHASE more because of his amount of knowledge in the products we looked at! he even solved a checkout issue that my best buy credit card on the phone couldn't figure out in 2 minutes! Truly recommend this location everyone was very helpful and we love our new 65 inch tv!

Lots of electronics, games, and accessories to choose from. Friendly customer service with helpful sales floor personnel. Sales floor personnel are pretty knowledgeable about their merchandise.
