The phone answering system is a joke, finally got put on hold to speak to someone and waited 8 minutes only to the line go dead and then have them hang up on me after I asked my question
I just needed mounting screws for PCIe cards that their cards I ordered online didn't come with
Guess I'll order them online from a different store
Store was also depressing last time I was in there, its mostly a Phone and appliance outlet now

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Short version: Ordered on the app. It was a good price, convenient pickup, and everyone was very friendly.
KUDOS to the staff!!! Details below. :)
Details: I ordered a printer and a few miscelaneous items on the app. I got text updates as my order was fulfilled and ready. Inside the store I had a great pickup experience! As I browsed around, I noticed the store was pretty busy, but the staff were all working hard and handling the departments well.
Standout: The employee in Geeksquad was awesome! He helped me find a screen protector, installed it on the phone, and had me out of the store in just a few minutes. I did not note his name but it was 06/26/24 at 19:25 (7:25 PM)
Thank you to the staff and management for a great experience!

Phone service is absolute garbage!!! Can't contact the store directly and then when you get through, it's some foreigner who barely speaks English. Shame on you best buy

Rude female manager with bad attitude at this store. I get the policies but you should be polite if the customer is being polite. Ill never go to this store again

Purchased a vacuum from them. Within a couple it stopped working. Best Buy told me to go through Biselle to address the issue. Biselle sent me a new one of the same vacuum. Broke down again 2 months later. Went through the same process and again, two months later, stopped working. I called customer service and they assured me I just need to take it back to Best Buy with the original receipt and we can exchange it for a different model.
When I get there, I’m told there is nothing they can do and they have nothing to do with their own customer service department. Moreover, the associates there, Mikey and Terry had TERRIBLE service. No apology for the terrible product they are selling and no alternative solutions.
Be careful when you purchase from Best Buy. Doesn’t seem like they are doing well right now. Terry shared their store manager has been gone for days, Best Buy eliminated the DM role and now they are in the business of nickel and diming customers. Simply because you purchase something of above average price does not imply it should work longer than 3 months.
