I just had the best experience tonight at this B&BW! I wish I would have gotten the managers name (her cashier ID was 3803368). I had a super complicate return/exchange, she was very kind & patient in listening & assisting. Stellar customer service. Was greatly appreciated!!!!

I spent my time shopping and picking out what I wanted for fragrances. I got up to the register and they had the air fresheners on sale for three dollars. I picked one out of the jar in front of the sales clerk and she rang it in and she said it was not on sale. She called the manager after she said she would give it to me for the three dollars because she saw me take it out of the container and the manager said no she needs to be charged full price as it's in the wrong spot. Sadly, because of their very poor customer service, they lost a large sale over three dollars they didn't care.

I absolutely LOVE this place! If you get the app, the sales are fantastic. This store is not in a mall, and that makes it easy to shop.

Busiest day of the year is candle day for Bath&Body works. Employees here were so rude, seemed extremely mad. No one was helpful. The manager was the worst! He did not know how to explain why coupons weren't allowed and was very rude and disrespectful about it. Cheer up Eastvale employees!

Stella(hope I spelled it right) was amazing and patient today. They literally have an eye for this business, they were able to pick up 4 perfect products for me without knowing talking to me for very long. So amazing and personalized customer service. They even picked out perfect candles, one of the best B&B in IE

I did a pick up order today around 3 and it's been 2 hours so I decided to call the store and ask if it was ready and that when I got told my order wasn't there but they can see that I ordered stuff and see my name but they couldn't see my items which was no problem at all I understand it's Black Friday week and everybody is ordering things so I told them no worries that I'll call around 7 and literally not even 30 minutes after that call my whole order of 9 items that costed $106 was all just canceled and I called the store seeing why what happened because I did not cancel my order and that when they told that it was canceled and that there customer service people did it and I had to call them but I did and they said they did not and don't see why my order was canceled so I think this is all just not okay and you guys canceled orders on your own isn't okay either ! I get it it's the deals and it's a lot for you guys but you guys get paid to do this and if u can't do your job please leave !

It's been a year since this location and it is still my absolute favorite. I came for the soap sale and Kat and Cynthia helped me and made my shopping experience so smooth. There were a lot of people and I did have quite the haul but they were both so patient and kind. Excellent customer service! I wish them nothing but the best. Thanks Kat and Cynthia!

I can't believe how dramatic people are. It's barely sprinkling and these two girls just closed up shop. Every other business in the center is open. I came here for the hand soap sale which ends tomorrow. I'd be willing to bet they won't honor the sale after the date. I checked with the corona store and they will be opening so it's not a company policy, it's just the people at this location.

I walked in prepared to purchase some Halloween candles and other items. The first lady near the door was very nice. She understandably walked off with the lady who walked in just ahead of me. I was unable to locate what I needed and none of the other employees asked if I needed help. It's ok. There are several other locations. I just figured this one would be less busy. Bad choice.

This store was very nice and employees were friendly and greeted us! It's worth the place to go here if you need to buy things that will wash away germs and it smells nice! We'll definitely be coming back for hand soaps and hand sanitizers! You are making us very happy shopper! Keep it up great work and keep it neatly organized! Thumbs up!!

There was this Very Positive, Beautiful, Asian Woman who made an exchange for me. She made the whole shopping experience worth while with her professional yet fun and energetic attitude! I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back in soon, even if it's just for her positive vibes!
