Poor customer service! They are not considerate of people’s time! No enough bankers, there was only one banker available when I visited (went their twice today to finish what I needed to finish and I still didn’t get it done because there wasn’t available bankers to help)The working hours are very inconvenient for 9 to 5 employees, they close at 4 and are closed SaturdaysThe only available time for 9 to 5 employees to finish their business there is lunch time and usually their employees are out for lunch during the same time. Definitely Not happy with their service!

At 10:30 on December 8, I brought two friends to open an account. I saw an enthusiastic security guard at the door. He was very friendly and greeted us in the morning, which made us feel good. Then the lobby manager who opened our account at 12:30 was Yvonne M. Lopez. She is a very lovely lady who was very efficient and quickly helped us open two accounts, including mobile banking, and was very thoughtful in explaining everything about how to use it. I like her service so much, sincere, friendly and efficient. We are foreigners but we feel at home. Thank you again for your bank service!

The teller there obviously was profiling she was rude and stared at my check for a while like it was fake she said she couldn't cash it when I asked for a supervisor she rolled her eyes. I guess if you aren't Asian they scrutinized you

I can't say enough good things about the people that work here,,, they are all very attentive and polite . But the person that stands out in my opinion is Stephanie, she's an amazing young lady very very polite, always remembers my name when I get to her window , she greets you with a smile and a hello Mrs Avila, I don't even need to say why I'm there she always knows.. thank you Stephanie and keep up the good work

I checked in last week with my Mom to get a Medallion Signature request and was really pleased by the quality of the Team Hustle at this location! We arrived right when the Bank opened and all the Employees looked sharp, Professional, friendly, and ready to serve us with pleasant and inviting enthusiasm. We told the Gentleman what we were here for and he directed us over to Pearl who was so sweet, well poised, and warmly helpful! Pearl worked with calm and organized focus and helped us get all our paperwork ready for the application. She worked swiftly to make the copies needed to be scanned, and kindly introduced us to Yvonne the Personal Banker who was in charge of helping us send our application!Watching Pearl mentor Yvonne was such a positive and heartwarming experience! They worked together as a Team so well as fully focused and respectful Professionals and made my Mom and I feel right at home. Yvonne recognized me from my work at the Neighborhood Applebee's and gave me useful enthusiastic feedback on her Favorite Dishes there what what she liked about our Service which helped create a stronger and healthier bond between me and the Bank of America Brand! Pearl was also an active participant in taking interest in where I worked and made kind small talk with my Mom about how similar their dogs looked and their love for gorgeous Spring Flowers.Our Application was sent in quickly and Pearl and Yvonne let us know they would keep in contact if they needed additional information. I want to thank the whole Team for a wonderful job making our time feel respected and valued by working efficiently as guest oriented Professionals and I look forward to returning soon with my Mom to fill in the missing holes of our Application!

Juan G. Goes down the teller line and always tries to show clients alternative methods of banking with out having to wait in line! He's professional, knowledgeable and attentive!.

Poor service. Never enough tellers. They charge way to many fees. They only take care of people that come in with investments or loans. But the every day transactions are at the bottom of their service priority.

They don't care about your time at all, I need help and she tells me to go home and call myself, if I can go home and call, do I need to come to him! Service is really bad! Waste your time and life! ! ! ! !I just go back when I need help, why should I drive if I can make a phone call myself? ? ? ? For the sake of easy inaction, just give me a call and let me go home? I went very early, no one was working, they were all chatting, why couldn't they help me solve the problem! Wasting my time and inaction, I was disappointed and angry, I immediately called in the afternoon to cancel my company account and went to CHASE next door. Their service is much better than yours! Thank you for your service!

I looked at all the reviews and they seem to say the same thing about long wait times and unprofessional workers. I went in there to test my luck and I was assisted with right away and they fixed my problem in like 10 min, so I don't know if the reviews are old or if they changed but I had amazing service. Ask for Brian he will get the job done.

Fix your hours of operation. It’s not difficult to correct the hours your actually open unless you enjoy being lazy. Hours here online say open at 9am Saturday. On the doors it’s a different story.

Judith Orozco was amazing she provided excellent customer service. I arrived at the bank 3:58 after being turned away from the limonite branch because it was ALMOST closing time and they could not complete my transaction before 4 pm. Judith was able to complete my transaction as I walked in with a couple of minutes before closing after rushing over from the limonite branch. She was very polite and great social skills. She took her time to verify and call the escrow company for the wire transfer. The entire transaction took a little over 20 minutes and the entire time Judith never mentioned the closing time. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Other branches should follow your example.
