Customer service has gone down hill over the years. Managers sit around on cell phones and don't care to help.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a worker named Herman. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and he helped me get the parts I needed for my car. He provided great service. I have been here before and was not satisfied with the service I received. Herman adds value to the company and deserves a raise and promotion ?
