“Freddy in the service department was so friendly and easy to work with, great guy! He was communicative and kept me informed the entire time my hybrid was getting repaired. It was a busy day and he managed to get me checked in quick and helped me with rental options. Ebonee also helped me to get a rental Bronco that I ended up buying, so kudos to her for starting that process! Joseph in sales is on another level cool. His customer service is award winning, so whatever he’s getting paid, it needs to be doubled. He got into the Bronco that I’ve wanted for years, and after being there awhile, they bought me some take out food too. “I came here to Picasso to have my Tesla fixed after an accident that I was in. I had my car with them for almost a month and when I got it back, I was extremely pleased with the body work they did! My car looks great! The only concern I had, which is why I'm not giving it the total 5 star, is that they were supposed to replace my tire that was hit in the accident. The paperwork they provided me and the insurance of the other driver stated that the tire was replaced by a brand new one. However, when I got home from picking up my car, they still had the old one on there. I contacted them about this and was informed that they had made a mistake. I was upset that I had to drive back to the auto shop since I do not live in Riverside.”
