1. When we walked in to the store , all the staff were on their personal phones ,all 4 employees including manager . 2. We went in to connect a brand new iPhone ,not purchased through AT&T but apple, & we went home given 1 hour phone was going to be working ! Well it did not! 3. Now we have to take another day & time to go to a different AT&T store to help us get our network working on our new iPhone. Like what a waste of our time! The girl who helped us looked like she didn't even know what she was doing. & to top it off when we left the store she said "oh yea it's a sim error I had that happen to me earlier" . Like hello it still doesn't work!

If you want to be mislead and lied to all for the sake of a sale , this is the place. Ps. Eric ( store manager) instead of covering your employees mistakes, hold them accountable for their wrong practices. Had to call corporate at&t to fix the mess they did. Never coming here again

Three in our family, we walked in and were greeted with friendly personnel! All of us were able to upgrade with the most accomplished employee, Ray. Extremely knowledgeable, smart and quick, which is reassuring to a customer. We were at the Eastvale location on a mid Sunday afternoon. Very happy with customer service. Way to go Ray!

I had a fantastic experience at this store, thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind store manager, Eric. Their willingness to assist and friendly demeanor made my visit enjoyable. Kudos to a manager who truly cares about customers!

This is why I continue to be part of AT&Ts network. Albert helped My family & I in two different occasions. We were having issues with my wife’s SIM card & he was able to fix it. Second I was curious about getting two more lines on my account & he was so patient to give us a break down. Thank you again Albert for all your help!

Zee was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and took the stress out of the whole process by doing her due diligence when an issue arose to keep my same number. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the help she gave me from start to finish. She is the definition of great customer service. She needs a raise!! Thank you so much Zee!

Employee(in training) here messed up my whole account and I’ve been dealing with it for the past 6 months. Talked to customer service and talked to about 6 different people to help me with my account. I’ve even mentioned this location to others and they knew exactly what I was talking about because it’s happened before.

Sadly at this location the employees are not very knowledgeable and unhelpful. I've ran into an issue twice where I was told one thing one day, and then another thing another day. Example: $1000 trade-in to an $800 trade-in Being able to pay off the phone completely, to a forced mouth to mouth for 36 mouths. Also I bought a screen protector at the store that was put on by an employee who decided to "eye it" instead of using the boxes perfect fit accessories, and now I have small bubbles underneath the protector. I went to this store THREE DAYS LATER and they would not refund nor exchange the protecter and told me I had to mail it in to the manufacturer. Pass on this store. Try another one.

The WORST phone service you can possibly ever get. I went in a couple months ago to trade in my phone since they had 800$ off as a promotion. Fast forward they take off the promotion because we canceled a line without telling us anything about it . Now I owe 700$ on a phone when I should have owed less. They basically stole my phone and lied about the trade in promotion. As soon as I’m done paying the phone I’m canceling my line with them. The most rip off company .
