Worst bakery department I have ever worked with in my entire life Bakery personnel are rude and inconsiderate to the customer Manager and Corporate will be contacted to file an investigation in the matter as Albertsons/Vons/Pavillions has lost a customer due to the bakery department

I called ahead of time to see if this location had a certain item.I spoke clearly on the phone and had described at least 3 times what the item was so I avoid any confusion. The store manager said they checked and confirmed they had it.I understand it was late and no one wants to spend time checking for an item, but next time to save us both time just say "we dont have it"I was driving from LA and wanted to avoid this exact situation.

The cashiers at this store socialize with each other instead of helping their customers. They overcharged me by over $12 . I called and spoke to Sara, the cashier, and explain to her about the overcharge. She was rude, unprofessional and shouldn't be working with the public. She even hung up on me without solving the issues or saying goodbye. I will never shop here again and will tell other people I know the same as well. If I had bothered to read the reviews before this, I would never have shopped here as your previous bad reviews did not result in any positive changes to your employees.

I shopped at this Albertsons since its opening. It's a staple in the neighborhood. There is a certain amount of expectation this market brings.This last visit was disappointing. We waited in line for a lengthy time. Fernando was handling a transaction with a couple before us. He was dismissive to them.When Fernando returned to us, he did not acknowledge the long delay. Fernando did not greet us. He was cocky and lacked customer service skills.If Fernando is the face of Albertsons courtesy, it gives customers great pause.Oh, self-service checkout sounds enticing.
