The lady that worked at the counter is rude and needs training on customer service. I asked for an off brand of Claritan d 12 hour the medicine is behind the counter so you can’t see pricing you would think they would let you know what the price is, as other pharmacies do. She rang it up and it came out to $26 dollars I said that was too much and I would like to know how much the brand one was of the 12 hour she price checked it with attitude and said $16.99 I said ok that is better I will take it. She was upset as soon as I said that saying it is not easy to cancel a transaction then the pharmacist came over and had to make it a point to tell me the same!!!!! Really!!??? I’m the customer do what you need to do to make ME happy and not feel guilty. So they cancelled the transaction and it wasn’t difficult or long then I paid when I was done the lady just hands the bag to me doesn’t say thank you or anything I was like wow how rude. Well I came home took my medicine and couldn’t sleep all night I got up this morning and checked the box she gave me the WRONG medicine she sold me the 24 HOUR medicine not the 12 HOUR as I asked. I didn’t sleep all night!!!!!! I will never go there again be aware and careful with your medicine .

Generally never had any issues here. I went to buy a cake for my wife's birthday 05/25/22 and had the worst experience I've had in a long time from any business. My 4 year old daughter traditionally picks her mother's birthday cake. She picked a cake for mom and we waited patiently for an employee to help us. About 5 minutes we waited while an employee from the deli department was cleaning up. It was around 8:30. So I asked the employee if we could buy the cake. She replied "I don't know where they are.". I said no problem let me show you. We walked over to the cake section and let her know which cake my daughter selected. She replied: "I know where the cakes are. I don't know who can help you". Ok...so I asked if there is anyone that can help me buy the cake. "Sorry, I'm not sure where they are.". Then proceeded to clean her section. Another employee passed by and I asked for assistance. Older lady replied "I'm sorry I'm off the clock". I asked "who is not off the clock that may be able to handle me this cake so that I can buy it for my wife's birthday?". Again... "I'm sorry I'm off the clock. I can't help you.". I then asked to speak with a manager and she let me know that I'd get her in trouble. We proceeded to pick a cake from the freezer section and moved on with life. My daughter was very disappointed she couldn't get the cake for mom. Pure laziness? Fear of management? I'm not sure, but completely unacceptable from my view point. No explanation, no reason, no attempt to provide any type of customer service. The likelyhood of me returning to a store that I've shopped at for over 10 years is slim. I'll drive the extra 5-10 minutes to the next store that values it's customers.

The two ladies over there in Phamasy.Chantal and Monica went out of the way to be nice to me I went there to get my covid vaccine. After hearing all the negativeNews decided to get as I am working with kids . every day you hear this one or that one got it . I was so very nervous Chantel who made me feel so comfortable.oh she said this is like the flu vaccine and before I knew . She had already given it to me .later on I found out she was the pharmacist Her customer service was No 1 . And the girl in the front Monica answered every question I asked she must have noticed I was nervous. went out if the . Way to find me room to fill up forms . I thank both . And hope they will be rewarded in someway . This is what we need in the medical field KINDBESS?

Poor customer service! I have 150$ groceries on the table,no greeting,not even ask me need any bags. I didn't say anything because she was so busy to talking with other cashiers and show them something on her phone. If I say I need some bags. Seems like I disturb her.

Terrible service from the Starbucks inside the Albertsons..... "jeannette" should not be working in a customer service based job..... zero people skills and was so rude. She didn't even address me or even say hello or say hi do you mind waiting a few min. After standing there for 10 min with here looking at me multiple times I walked away. I come to this Starbucks and Albertsons all the time but never again.

I couldn't believe it!!! I always go to stator bros for my groceries. First, the parking lot was a joke. Not enough room for 2 cars to pass down the rows. Next , the isles in the store are too narrow for 2 carts to pass through safely ( social distance). I get up to the cash register, and since I brought my own bags( environment) I had to bag them myself, even though I have a physical handicap!!! Lastly, I compared prices and found at least 10% across the board. I won't be going back!!

My birthday was Monday 11/23, and my dad had ordered me a cake from Vons in Eastvale to pick up. I guess when he when to pick up the cake the order was not there. He had the receipt that he even paid for the cake. They quickly called over to this Albertsons location and they not only had the type of cake (carrot) but were able to put a cake together in such a short amount of time. I want to thank you personally, for the absolutely beautiful cake. You went above and beyond on this. I think her name was Brandi(?). We can't believe how beautiful this cake is on how short of a time you had. Thank you again! I think we will be ordering our cakes from here from now on!

My review is in their Mexican sweet bread. I would not recommend because it tastes terrible. It has to be the worst pan dulce I've ever had it seriously tastes like glue

Very poor customer service. The cashier was very rude and had a bad attitude, and I watched the manager named Jessica on her name tag be very rude to another customer. Out of all of the Albertsons in the area, this one is the worst. Always super long lines and the employees seem unhappy. This one needs new management. I won't be back

The third time I have dealt with the service manager Jessica and it is always such an unpleasant interaction. All the other employees are polite, pleasant and she is never customer friendly or accommodating. Unfortunately she appears to be an unpleasant Individual and as a customer it's uncomfortable to interact with her. To the point where Shopping at this location due to her attitude alone is enough to turn off customers. Over super minor inconveniences she is short with customers and hard to speak with. I was overcharged on two separate occasions. Not a big deal at all, it happens. I simply went back with my receipt and the item that same day, however apparently to her this was an inconvenience of her time. The amount was over $10 both times and on each occasion I was made to feel like I was stupid and petty for coming back. To make a customer feel uncomfortable or like they were a bother for coming back on their time to correct a mis-charge is ridiculous and insulting. Furthermore I have been to this location 4 times this week and they have had zero of a sale item ad. Again no big deal, so I asked for a rain check. The cashier had to check with Jessica. Honestly had I known she was the manager on call, I would have never asked to simple avoid her. Jessica acted annoyed when she came to the register and I commented a very nice manager gave my husband a rain check a few weeks ago and mentioned to her they have been out of this item listed in the ad all week, She snapped "well it's COVID-19-were not doing that" Of course it's COVID-19 but was it that offensive to her for me to ask for a rain check when they've been out of an item listed in the ad for the entire week and it certainly didn't warrant to be snapped at as I walked out of the door. I have been shopping at this Albertsons location weekly for over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about the deli workers, meat/seafood department employees, cashiers, the friendly young employees out front cleaning carts and even the Starbucks baristas at the in-store location are great-but to be blunt she is no way displays the positive attributes of the other team members and is a poor reflection of this store, especially as a "leader." I am not sure if this will be read by the current store manager however I would recommend speaking to her about her lack of customer service, demeanor and attitude and maybe a basic manners 101 course should be considered. Some people really shouldn't work with the public and there is no scenario where customers giving a store business should ever be made to feel stupid or like Nuisance for no valid reason. It's a shame and I imagine if she treats one or two customer this way then she treats all customers this way.

I completely see why this Albertsons has 3 stars it's ghetto 200 workers and nobody knows where the shrimp scampi sauce is come to find out they don't even carry it at the store. The powder or liquid. Who sales shrimp and no scampi sauce, but 5 different brands of cocktail sauce. Not to mention there was several people shopping without mask or face covering. I will be going to stater bro's going forward where u have to wear a face covering in the store
