Krystena Garcia (notary) needs improvement on her customer service skills. No hello, no good morning, no thank you for your decades of membership and no "you're welcome" after thanking her for her work. AAA could take a lesson from In and Out and Qwik Quack car wash on how to treat their customers. I left not feeling good about my experience. I have been with AAA for 45 years. She needs to remember she has a job because of our membership.

Oh my goodness. Where has this place been all my car driving life?! I've been going to the Corona AAA forever and I've had it with them, so now I found my new happy AAA! Went in to renew my Jeep DMV registration and I was greeted with a smile and told to go right over two computers down to Jason (I think that was his name) who helped me right away. I was literally in and out within two minutes I want to say. Super quick, super efficient and the whole experience was just so great! I couldn't even believe it. Will for sure be back!

Associates are very nice and helpful. Central Ca. office takes debit cards for DMV transactions. Southern Ca. office said, credit card or cash. This location is tucked in a shopping center behind another business. Signing for this AAA office was located high on a multi story wall, not where you'd look. Outside resterant seating area is in fron of AAA entrance.

I went in to get my passport pictures take . Staff is very patient and persistent in getting the job done. There was a technical issue with uploading the picture from the camera to the computer to print; the staff members were very persistent in making sure they figured out the issue. I was able to leave with my passport pictures. It took a little while due to the technical issues but I really appreciate the way the staff was patient and persistent to get the job completed.

Your app location needs updating! But the need to be towed needs to specify the need. Some tow drivers don’t check out simple procedures and problems just want to tow you vehicle. Need to check on how many complaints on your towing company. Which cost you money and the customer. Otherwise your fine in my books.

I was already having a bad day with a flat tire. I called to let them know that I would need a tow at 9:30pm . It is past 11:30pm and I am still waiting for a tow truck. Very unprofessional for a service I pay for. I'm tired from work and to top it off, I live over an hour away. Are you kidding me ?!?!

AAA Eastvale Insurance and Member Services is an excellent place for all your insurance needs. They offer various services, from auto and home insurance to travel assistance. The staff at AAA Eastvale are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. In addition, their Limonite Avenue location is conveniently located in the heart of Eastvale, making it easy for customers to access their services quickly and easily. Overall I would highly recommend AAA Eastvale Insurance & Member Services as they provide excellent customer service and competitive rates that make them an ideal choice when looking for quality coverage!

Never coming back here again. Not friendly. Not helpful. I’ll drive to Rancho Cucamonga for excellent service.

I came to AAA - Eastvale to complete vehicle registration, a VIN verification, and add this vehicle to my insurance. Friends and family tried to warn me about completing DMV paperwork at AAA, but I wanted to try. I took the documents to AAA around 4 pm (rainy day) and was immediately turned away since my daughter's name was on the title (even though my daughter is under my insurance and is a second operator on my primary vehicle). No biggie; a few days I returned with my daughter (another rainy day), and AAA processed most of the paperwork. They gave me a temporary tag and partial registration and instructed me to get a smog check. AAA refused to do the VIN verification due to the rain. I returned to AAA on a good day, and they completed the VIN verification. I make an appointment at the Smog Check station, and the repair man informs me the vehicle is not coming up in the system. He asks me a million questions about the vehicle and has me call AAA to verify the information. He says he can override it and complete the smog but wants to speak to AAA. As I am waiting to connect to AAA over the phone, he accuses me of bringing a stolen vehicle to get a smog check. Now, who books an appointment and shows up to smog a stolen vehicle? AAA talks to him, and he still is not feeling my paperwork. He has trust issues, and his feelings may be deeper than I think. He decided to refuse to complete the smog after I waited an hour. I immediately went to DMV to verify the AAA paperwork, and the tech told me the vehicle information was in the system. Therefore, the Smog Check station shouldn't have refused my service. DMV returns my paperwork, and I drive to the nearest Smog Check location to complete it. Smog check passes, and I return to DMV to complete the registration. When I returned to the same DMV tech that helped me, she said AAA did not complete the VIN verification correctly. Thank GOD this DMV location had a VIN verification station. The tech sends me around the back of the building, and DMV completes a new VIN verification. I take the paperwork back inside, and the tech completes the registration. My DMV experience was great since you can put yourself in the queue or get in line from your phone. I explained this mishap to the DMV technician, who commented that AAA is good at some things and bad at others. I couldn't agree more. Overall, I do not recommend you go to any AAA to do any DMV services. Go to a DMV location that can process all your transactions and a Smog Check only test station.

I've been here a total of 3 times over the last few years. First experience excellent, second experience very poor, and today another excellent experience. Stephanie attempted to have my vehicle title updated but we opted to leave as is due to DMV hurdles. Stephanie made multiple calls to the DMV attempting to obtain the requested. A+ for effort! Stephenie then assisted us with travelers vehicle insurance. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you and your coworker for also providing my son with free courtesy kid maps! Keep up the top notch work!

The call for a tow was disastrous. Beware of Tow Service: The phone menu for service is atrocious- it will confirm a tow but dispatch a battery service. If it’s not your battery say “something else”. We had to cancel twice and call a 3rd time to finally get a tow 2 hrs later. Unbelievably frustrating to waste time waiting.

Great experience this morning. I needed a replacement registration card and sticker as I never received mine. I arrived a few minutes before they opened and I was in and out and back in my car in 6 minutes. Both the lady that greets you at the door and the one who assisted me were pleasant and expeditious. Appreciate the good service.
