Since I am moving to a new home, I needed to choose a mattress based on the room size. Brad helped me by letting me try out different mattresses, patiently explaining the features and differences of each one. He even helped me select a suitable bed frame in the end. It was a pleasant shopping experience, and I would highly recommend Brad's service.

My husband Rick and I went to the Hastings Mattress Firm. Store manager, Cris provided excellent information and she and her sales associate , Jennie , answered all our questions, sent detailed texts and helped us through our process of choosing the best mattress and power base as well as assisting with financing details. Store associate Ken called after I left a voicemail and was very nice to ensure that we were all on the same page . We highly recommend this store if you are on a mattress search.
