Employees making incredible effort to be as rude as possible

I had a terrible experience with bad service and rude staff when I went for my daughter's passport renewal appointment. The lady in charge insisted that BOTH parents needed to be present, even though I later discovered that only one parent being there is sufficient. It felt like a complete abuse of power!

Agree with all previous terrible reviews! It’s supposed to be open for 4 hours 10-2pm, but had a sign saying closed for lunch until 12:45pm.That’s ridiculous! I’m not sure how staffing of this place works or how this individual is getting paid, but if you can’t go 4 hours without taking a lunch break, there’s something seriously wrong with this situation!

I work close and no matter what time it is this place is never open 11 am yesterday closed 1 pm the day before it was closed this has been like this for a year or more

What kind of useless post office is only open 4 hours a day and doesn't even have a drop box to drop off prepaid letters at? Worthless!
