“IMHO this is the best water store. Friendly staff are always welcoming and provide excellent service. The owner genuinely cares about the wellbeing of customers. She noticed that the bottles that I brought in were dirty and she went ahead and cleaned it for me on her own at no charge.I have seen a number of positive changes after the new owner took over. The store is now really clean and less cluttered. They have installed a brand new water purification system - and the water is really pure, refreshing and tastes awesome! They have introduced alkaline mineral water which my son who is into fitness really raves about. I can fill up multiple bottles quickly rather than wait for 15 minutes to fill up just one bottle like before.Also, they now accept credit cards with no extra charge both inside the store and on the 24/7 vending machines outside.”

“Renu the manager was great over the phone, extremely pleasant in person and very flexible with our need for an urgent parking storage space for a small RV/camper van. She was also able to accommodate a last minute challenge with tow truck access to our designated spot and gave us an alternative location without any to do! Facility is clean and organized with secure gate access in/out. Customer service was key and I would definitely recommend for that reason alone!”
“Danny and his crew are a great team to work with. I've been coming here for nearly 20 years. Equipment is in good condition, and they'll go out of their way to make something right if it fails during use (I've rented Bobcats, Excavators, Trailers, Jumping Jacks, etc....things break). 5 Stars for the continued effort for keeping the homeowner's arsenal of tools ready to go at a moment's notice.”
“It was quick and easy. I was able to book the truck within few minutes and I was able to pick the truck within 1 hour:
I didn't give 5 star rating because the mobile app didn't work wile returning the truck. There were a couple of issues:
1. While going through the return flow, if you change the orientation of your phone then you have to go through restart the process again. It was annoying. I hope UHaul will fix this problem soon.
2. I ran into another problem at the very last step of return process, the application will wait for ever mentioning that it is updating the backend. It never moved forward to the final step. I tried at least 3 times and got the same issue. Finally, I had to return home without completing the process. Next day, UHaul representative mentioned that I could have called them and mentioned about this issue.”
“It was great renting a truck here. Samantha does an awesome job. You can call her as many time as you like and she will answer all the questions. She always try to accommodate all the requests. Even if they don’t have truck she will try to get the truck from nearby enterprise rentals. Samantha! You are the best!!!”

“This establishment is by far hands down the best storage facility I have ever rented storage space from. And let me tell you why.. the staff here is what I like to call old School and treat their customers with respect and dignity regardless of how you show up. Their eyes are not full of corporate greed. The facility is emaculant and coming from a military background you could eat off the floors in my opinion... There is plenty of lighting throughout the facility and one feature I do appreciate is the auto on off lighting throughout the facility as to not waste electricity. I am disabled and from day 1 the staff has helped me unlike multiple other storage facilities. Thank you again 360 storage... SUN-RAY FRANKIE PALUSZYNSKI.”

“We needed a cargo van to move some home items from one location to another; Isaac helped secure our reservation for the vehicle and Garrett was on location to help us with needed instructions the day we picked up the cargo van. Great customer service and everyone at this location (both car and rental truck) personable/friendly. The price Isaac quoted us for the reservation was definitely a great deal for the truck rental. “Everything about monarch truck rentals was great. Please support local companies like this over the big franchises! Their trucks are much better than competitors, the suspension is smooth and doesn’t bounce your cargo like crazy. The windshield is clear and wipers actually work. The rails and tracks in the box are in good condition for securing cargo. And most of all the people are great! Can’t recommend them enough. We’ve rented from them 10+ times.”
“Friendly helpful owner. I reserved online the day before and he called to let me know the vehicle was ready for an earlier pickup if I wanted. There is limited onsite parking so you have to park on one of the streets a block away.”

“Recently "Me and Patti" ordered a couple of new LazyBoy Recliners. They got to us a couple of weeks early. Great, yes? No. We weren't expecting them for at least three more weeks. I don't have a pickup or van. What to do? We decided to call our local U-Haul, shipping moving supplies too, and rented a newer looking clean van. Ordering on line is soooo easy. Got to my local U-Haul five minutes early. The office was clean, organized, and with staff ready to help. My guy, Jorge, was the best. Check out was so quick. I would say I was ready to go in less than five minutes. I was thinking " Wow that was easy". Check in , and hello again, Jorge. We got the van back into inventory, less than three minutes. "Who knew? I didn't." So let's put this all together. Quick, easy, rental on line while at your dinner table, way too cool. ( Even with Patti telling me "No phones at the table".) Then flying through check-in and even then more awesome, practically handed Jorge the keys and left. So easy, so happy. And you can be happy too. U-Haul on Thornton Avenue ( right near 880). Need a rental truck or van? Need moving boxes or supplies, U-Haul has you covered. ( Like a warm and fuzzy blanket). Jorge and the rest of the friendly staff are ready to help you get real happy, really easily. "Me and Patti" will be renting a box van on January 2nd 2024. Going to Sacramento to pick up my new (to me) Ducati D2R "Monster 803. Toys for Xmas. Never gets old. We'll let you know how that goes when we return. U-Haul Fremont, ready and very happy to help. “I was in a serious problem with my truck. I couldn’t sleep 4 nights because of it. I went to the dealer and they pretty much robbed me and all they did was check my truck and then I came here península truck repair and they were outstanding they were awesome and amazing. I 100% recommend them they are true and honest.”
“Easy and relatively fast for my part-day rental.
However there is a Mileage Charge and also need to Refuel or else pay an additional Fuel Charge.
I had a short rental but the roughly $0.80 per mile (and more on larger trucks) exceeded the daily rental charge. Fuel and Mileage Charges were excessive in my view.”

“8/2023-Mostly a positive experience with checkout except their truck photos didn't show a big paint chips on the hood which I disputed before checking out. Checking in was mostly positive except the cashier was unknowledgeable about how charges would be badge if different from the original estimate.3/2020-I was so reluctant to use these guys after reading all the horrible reviews but I didn't have any other choices for an in-city move small pickup truck. Booked online the night before and price was reasonable. Moving day and visited store and declined the extra liability coverage ($10). Their online check-in and acceptance procedure was fairly painless. Although the photos they presented was the truck very clean and washed but when I got it the interior and exterior were a bit dirty but not a huge deal. I still took my own photos just in case. About 15 min and was out the door. $20 + $0.79/mile. 2 hours later and returned with gas replaced. A few extras miles was accrued and charged. I think I was very lucky compared to all the previous reviews.”
“The gentleman who helped me with the truck rental was extremely kind. I accidentally undefined the gas and he informed me I can go down the street to top it off, rather than pay a premium in gas fees. He didn't charge me for being an extra few mins late due to this. The vehicle was reliable and did the job. Cheaper than I thought :-).”
“Came here to get blinds for our new home and associate Adriana was a HUGE help! She helped get our blinds and even labeled each one so it'll be easier to install. She also cut the ones we needed to have cut. She spent a lot of her time with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Great attitude, super friendly, and very hardworking! Made the trip to Home Depot very easy.”

“My second time. Different staff but better experience. 1.) Prep before you drive, look at YouTube vids on how to drive it first. 2.) Also take a note if the gas tank is running low before you take it out the drive way.. 3.) No customer parking onsite. Prep for street parking , but very limited spots. You can try driving inside straight to near the office door. 4.) Come 15min early, i picked up at 8.16am ish depending on the line you're calculated time period for rental use may be effected. Always factor in 30min & 5 mile extra buffer on your online reservation. 5.) check in early.”
