When me and my family went here to purchase a Christmas tree the staff was very sweet, along with attentive to the needs of the consumer (: The tree was also so cheap given for what the time of year entails for prices! I would highly recommend shopping at Home Depot all year round!

Drove to this Home Depot to buy some paint for a DIY small project that I am doing at my house. Had a couple of questions on what would be the best type of paint to match my needs. It took forever to find someone who can help. However, eventually I was able to find someone who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

After paying East Palo Alto Home Depot $8k+ on plantation shutters, we have experienced many delays and wanted HD to resolve the issues. They basically have refuse to service us and gave us no options:1. Not picking up calls, or put you on hold for 20 minutes, or telling you "your time is up" during conversation, or simply hang up the call.2. I gave them "order ID", my email, name, exact dollar amount, barcode numbers, etc but she said she could not find my order in her computer systems.3. She asked me to take a photo and send it back to her, despite the fact that the PDF receipt was initially sent to me on 8/17. 4. She mistook me for someone else paying $20k for Anderson windows but would not have the patience to listen to my name or email. She hanged up on me after not being able to find my order.Avoid Home Depot - you are buying delays and headaches.Go to OSH or a store where people care about their customers. Or at least their computer systems can find the purchases. Or a place where people are competent enough to use email or search functions.

The staff in the store are very nice. The delivery guys and installers are totally useless. They should hire professionals who are properly trained and skilled.

Do not waste your time with this Home Depot Blind department.There are two very incompetent people (Linda and Cheryl) that do not know what they are doing and waste your time.I have ordered to Home Depot many times in years but never had this much problem as I have this time. If I had not paid for the measurement, I would not have ordered to this Home Depot.Linda took more than 2 hours to place my order. She told me the blind should come within 5-7 days. After 10 days I called her and gave me more than 20 days. Blinds are for two windows and I have paid for the installer. So, the installer is supposed to bring the blind and install them. I called Linda to check the status of my order. Now, she tells me I need to pick up one of the blinds at the store. Rediculous!I called Home Depot 800 number and after wasting another hour, they told me it needs to be resolved by the store.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH THIS HOME DEPOT. I still do not know if my blinds will come and be installed or not and I have already paid over 1100 for two windows.

*Cue home depot theme song* If you need to get something for home improvement after shopping at IKEA this is your place to do. I mostly come here to get the soil or potting mix because it's readily available. I must say this location is very easy to navigate and is one of the biggest locations in San Mateo county. I realized that it's bigger than the Home Depot near my flat. Sales associates here are very friendly and are ready to help. You don't have to wait in line for a register to open and that is a big win here. If you are looking for Garden related stuff there is no need to wait in line there because there is more than one employee in service there. Drawback: Not all products are available here so please check the website on your phone before making plans to purchase things here.

Curbside pickup at Home Depot is a joke. Ordered a shop vac through the app. Said it would be ready for curbside pickup in 2 hours. One box, not a big deal, should be simple right? Called the store 2 hours later, and after several failed attempts to get anybody on the phone, some dude says that they're short staffed and give them another hour. 3 and a half hours after ordering it's still not processed. I was out at the curbside pickup spots with three empty cars in curbside spots. Tried 4 times to call inside, no answer. I went in, pulled the shop vac myself, took it to "customer service". The store didn't look that busy, and saw plenty of employees. The bored looking CS guy didn't listen to my explanation and said "you have to pay for that", told him I already did through the app, then he finally asked for my order number, looked it up, said "it hasn't been plucked yet"... No s#i& Sherlock, that why I plucked it myself and want to get the pluck out of here. Bottom line, If you need or want curbside pickup for a hardware store item, don't do it from Home Depot.

Lisa from home improvement went above and beyond, tirelessly available and answering our questions. In turn she earned our trust: we bought with her 4 large windows, one patio door and one 4 panel gliding door. All thanks to her amazing support, expertise and frankly kindness. We feel very grateful to have Lisa as part of our renovation plans! We received one patio door and two windows from our first order, and they look perfect, thanks to Lisa's attention to details.We now recommend Lisa to all our friends and even our contractors.

Super bad costumer service. I was trying to purchase turf & 3 employees came. One said "sorry I just want to go home I'm tired" walked over to the area and goes "I don't work in this department so I don't know what to do". He approached the person that works in the area and immediately goes "I'm on lunch bye". Another male comes and he says "all my crew is on lunch idk why you guys assigned me here" we're waiting as they said they would help us and comes back "I don't think I can help you." So I'm like are you going to? And he's like "I don't know" I'm like so that's a no and he's like "sure I guess". We waited 40 minutes for this. Only for this. I cannot believe how bad this all is.

Had to wait forever and call 5 times for someone to cut a rug. Associates don't seem to proactively help.

Very helpful! Brought a very heavy item to the car and helped load it, even though curbside had closed.
