“I had a great experience primarily due to the extremely helpful staff (Ms. Toteana et. al.). I've been a customer for around 10 years, and have been disappointed by the increasing degree of dismissive, unhelpful, abscent, and generally rude staff. In contrast, Toteana was so patient, polite, and helpful. The other staff member (I didn't catch her name) also contributed and was quite knowledgeable. I originally intended to get a new unit elsewhere, but I am staying because of these two. I hope management recognizes the value of these two workers (April 13th, around noon).”
