"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE" this is how bad experience begins with this rats, and thieves. 1- I evacuated my unit on September the 19th moved my stuff out in the night , and unfortunately I had to brake down my shelves because the stupid store manager always parked her black cammarro infront my unit. That was one of the major reason I moved out, it was very inconvenient for me to take my stuff out. 2- I requested my moved out date on line since this fucken office is closed all times. I wished I would it notified them my moved out in person. 3- A week later I was shocked, when I received a e- mail from Public Storage for the amount of $320 . I was so pissed because I shouldn't be paying for the whole month. I decided to call. 4- I called the store office where I rented my unit and of course the stupid store manager she is never there in the office. I talked to someone in the office the guy I spoke he was nice and I explained to him my issue and asked him why they are charging me for the whole month. He even checked the date I moved out it was right the same date September 19th was the last visit. 5- Then he told me it was a mistake from the stupid d*** a** manager that she vacated me the bill on October 2nd I was so pissed when I heard that this greedy b**** was charging me for the whole month. Then the guy office told me to call 1-866-247-6620 and decided to call. 6- I called this number and I told the the same story that I vacated the unit on September 19 th and the stupid greedy b**** manager vacated me a moved out date for October 2nd. And she was charging me $320 for the whole month. 7- The customer service representative told me that they were going to investigate and will have an answer for me in the next 24/hrs. 8- I made the call on Friday. Monday, Tuesday have passed no one call me. At this point I was worried about what's happening. So I decided to call back them on Wednesday morning. And I wasted another 2/hrs of time wasted just for my surprise they told me that they still going to investigate again and would take another 24/ hrs . 9- At this time I was so pissed and I knew that they want their money back no matter how hard I tried to proved them that this stupid store manager, she lied on my vacated date. 10- At this point I wanted to end this and since I have a good credit history, I told them to cut the b******* of waiting another 24/ hrs to investigate. Investigate what? They have e- mails confirmation on my moved out date, they have cámaras, they can see the date I was moving my stuff out. 11- I knew some how this greedy b****** wants their money back and I didn't want them to send me to collection agency. I lost my hope and ended paying $320 and ended this nightmare. 12- My advice to you guys "PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIGS" they don't care about you all they care is about taking as much money they can from you. I hope this mother fuckers and specially the store manager owner from the black cammarro get a big fat bonus check from stealing money of hard working people. I am took the time to write this review and let the public knows how this pigs operate this place. If you want to waste your money with ads hole is your decision. I will never ever rent again at this unprofessional stink place.... Below I have pictures of this stupid greedy b**** cammarro that she didn't even moved her car the night I moved out.

Seriously stay away... The front exit gate is left open more often then I am comfortable with, I have tried contacting both the call and chat about this issue and neither seems to be or want to be helpful about it. I have been trying to move out for more than a week now and this place has made it very hard to do so. There website is unhelpful and no one seems to be available or resposible to assist. I have had to swallow another month of a rent and still have no idea were to go to resolve this issue. Moving out from them has become quite the nightmare, there doesn't seem to be a reasonable process to do so. The Elevator for a while had a broken light fixture that held onto by a thread, I was geniuenly scared it could cause a fire. Since that has been fixed but the Elevator did run for months before receiving a proper permit. for me the biggest issue was the Gate, I kind of expect it to remain close, but too often I'd see it remain open. I called a few times about it and never heard back from anyone. I am kind of dissapointed since they have been increasing my rent since I joined, only until recently did they start to make the place look a bit better. If you have security concerns and want peace of mind that your stuff will be safe... I would go look somewhere else.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We stored our belongings for four months and when we came to retrieve our belongings, we were locked out of the stairway to where our storage unit was located. The employee had no idea when we might get access. Neither the employee nor the district manager returned our 10+ phone calls and messages. Not one person provided an update on when we could access our unit. If you want reliable access and important updates on your unit, do not choose this storage provider - your money is better spent elsewhere.

I just stopped by to get information. Before I stopped by I went to extra space down the street. Let me just say the customer service at public storage is phenomenal! Anna is such a hard worker and she answered all my questions. Thank you Anna for making this experience a easy and wonderful time!

WOW !!! Elsie & Ana are the BEST !!!!They alerted me that my partner had not properly lock our unit !!! Then they helped me with some billing issues.They went well above and beyond, really took an interest in trying to help me & we’re just delightful to work with.HIGHLY RECOMMEND them & they should be acknowledged for their great efforts !Thank, Sidney

We had to put some stuff in public storage after moving to the Bay Area. We've used this place for 3 years. We've had a wonderful experience working with Elsie, the property manager. She does a great job maintaining the place and making sure our stuff is secure. I made the mistake of not putting my lock on the unit correctly twice, once right before going on vacation. Elsie called us and went and put a temporary lock on the unit to keep our stuff safe until we could return and replace with our own lock!! That's good service! She was also great to work with when we moved out before our next move. She made everything so easy!! Would recommend this place!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!The other day I went in to get into my unit and completely forgot my gate code. Elsie was so helpful, and nonjudgemental. Just what I needed that day. I was having a rough day and could not remember any passwords or codes. With a smile on her face she let me know it was ok and helped me out.Thank you so much Elsie. This is a place were customer service means something to the manager.
