Randy's knowledge and willingness to assist made my shopping experience smooth and pleasant. It's not often that you come across such dedicated and friendly staff. Poor service. They had us wait over 30 mins for a forklift operator, and we weren't the only ones waiting for assistance. I asked to speak with he manager and the manager was "nowhere" to be found. If you need fast service this is NOT it.

very bad manager. that regarding the selection of paint, this staff is never available, and when it arrives they answer lunch. Does he or she eat all the time? no one monitors the work of the staff... it sucks and not a store. Everything in other stores is much better. the only good thing here is the new carts?

My husband and I experienced terrible customer service, all the employees seemed to be in a bad mood and brushed us off when we needed help finding a product. When we paid at self checkout, my husband handed his phone to the cashier about a possible sale and his reaction was very rude. He just looked at my husband and the phone and said “and this for what?” in an arrogant tone. On the receipt, it states the cashiers name to be Jorge but I’m not sure if he’s Jorge or if it was just the cashier logged in at the time of the purchase. He’s a short, Hispanic, plus size young man. I understand that we all have bad days and some days we don’t want to be at work, but it is your job as the employee to ensure the customer has a good experience and have a welcoming demeanor. Looking at past reviews of this Home Depot at this location, I see that this is an ongoing issue that many have experienced by the employees here and the company has failed to resolve or look into this issue.

A clean and organized store, but the self-checkout system is quite annoying. For some reason, every person who is going out the door with a cart gets stuck because the cart automatically locks upon leaving the door. Difficult to believe but someone must have thought that was a good idea? Why not stick to traditional checkout system then?

The electrical isle is constantly torn apart and there is only one knowledgeable person in the department and if you can find that person, there is a line of people needing his help because this store doesn't staff anyone with knowledge. They have come up with a plethora of new anti-theft policies which make it almost impossible to shop. Returns have become a major issue because the now don't allow you to cross return stores, and when their employees ring the items, they dont pay attention to it being the same or not, and only ring one and lump the rest on quantity, so that when you go to return it, it doesn't ring up right and they try to deny the return. 50% of what is on the shelves is already a return, so often a large percentage of dimmers and light fixtures I buy there do not work properly. I spend about 2k-8k there a month and I am finished with this garbage company. I am not going outside my electrical supply companies anymore.

I feel discriminated by this store. I was told that’s I can return a purchase item back to any Home Depot; however, when I dropped by there they didn’t resolve the problem and being verbally rude to me. I don’t know coz I’m Asian in the area and they don’t want to assist me I just feel horrible by the assistant manager attitude. I asked to talk to the manager the answer I got “ he is the biggest here in the store” even his title is assistant manager. I even asked him talk to the manufacturer they are allowed the return at this location he stil refused the service and look at me like an idiot. I feel horrible and discriminated by this homedepeot and the assistant manager. He even yelled outlound and no customer service. I hope he can go back training properly and don’t look at people like an idiot. We all deserve to get respect!!!!
