Worst experience ever! I found this place on google and decided to try it out because of the FIVE STAR reviews (By the way they will not complete the deal until you give them a FIVE STAR review and if you don't know how to do so they will help you). So, I called and told them that I have a Chanel purse and I want to know if its authentic and if so how much can they give me for it. They told me to send pictures and to let them know how much I want for it, so I did exactly what they asked. Then they told me I had to make an appointment and they charge $25 to authenticate it. I got to my appointment and I paid the $25. Its AUTHENTIC!!!!! I was offered a loan of $450 or they would buy it for $500. I was hoping at least $800 but I took the $500. I filled out paper work and I was asked to give them a review. They helped me fill out the review and then they gave me $500 cash. As I was pulling out of the parking spot I get a call from the young ladies telling me that they needed one more signature to "CLOSE THE DEAL". That was weird because why let me leave with $500 cash if the deal was not closed. So, I went back inside and I seen the young ladies talking, then they came to me and say that they received a red check from an application on a cell phone for the Chanel purse instead of a yellow check. The Chanel purse was not AUTHENTIC! They said I have to give the money back. I was in disbelief! I told her that I just paid her $25 to check that its authentic and that she confirmed it was authentic. Well, they literally walked behind as I walked to my car to get the $500 cash and give it back. They took back the cash and the receipt and gave me the purse and the $25 back. Over all I will not recommend this shop!The level of unprofessionalism does not grant this business a FIVE STAR review. Any business that pressures you to give them a FIVE STAR review on the spot makes the review invalid. Instead of having a professional Licensed authenticator they are using a basic app where you have to upload photos. Also, walking behind me as I go to my car as if I was a criminal was humiliating.I give it ZERO stars but in order to post I had to give it a start!
