Good morning. I visited the outlet in La Puente, CA., it's well worth the time; I truly did get bargain deals and huge discounts on items that I purchased. I even join their money back club.

I ordered several overstock Barkboxes multiple times on Facebook from their authorized seller, Marisela. All were Medium boxes that say they include a certain number of toys and treats for medium to large dogs.This time instead of the normal medium-large boxes, I received a bundle of EXTRA SMALL boxes that had only one toy, one bag of treats, and one chew stick pack, which is only half of what was supposed to be in the box and all were extra small, making them too small and unsafe for my large dogs.I tried to contact Marisela about the issue and she disabled her messaging. They then added a note onto the profile saying that sizing is not guaranteed despite listing the boxes as Medium and continuing to sell them with Size Medium listed in the title.On top of that, EVERY. SINGLE. BOX. was exactly the same. Not much of a “mystery surprise” except for the disappointment.I’ve reported the transaction to facebook as well as my bank.Be careful about buying from this place, especially if you’re buying online!

I’ve really enjoyed shopping here. With inflation skyrocketing I really appreciate being able to afford things for my kids. Good prices and the salespeople are really friendly. I’ve only came here twice but I plan on returning, it’s great supporting a small business like this.
