Buyer Beware….I suppose it goes without saying, but this is a used car dealer. While my transaction went smoothly and I paid a good price for the year/make/model of my vehicle, this is assuming the vehicle is in good shape.Unfortunately, the vehicle I got is a bit of a mess. The vehicles here are mainly from auction and can be from out of state. As a result, Pacific West doesn’t know the history, or atleast I hope they don’t. The vehicle I purchased has multiple electrical issues from busted fuses to an Air Conditioner that doesn’t blow cold at idle. The engine also overheats at idle & the passenger side airbag sensor doesn’t work. This last thing I believe to be a major issue. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, the tires were at the wear bars. Having worked at a dealer, our owner refused to sell vehicles with obvious problems like non serviceable tires for fear of a lawsuit.Again, my purchase went smoothly, I had a good customer experience, but the vehicle I got sucked and has problems that are much more expensive to fix than the “good deal” price I got.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Pacific West Imports. I worked with Sam who was straight up & willing to work with me to find a lender with the best rate for me. There was zero pressure from them. They (Daisy) even took the car that I was interested in to my mechanic for an inspection free of charge. When it was time to secure the deal, they stayed open late for me as I was running late. Both Daisy & Sam were very kind, knowledgeable, & seemingly honest. I would do business with them again & would recommend them to family & friends. Thank you PWI team!

Sam at Pacific West imports was very helpful, I loved his one price style of dealing with negotiating which he was priced very competitively compared to other dealers around him or even competed with franchise dealer level cars. He has brand new 2021's with 5000-10000 miles with thousands less than other dealers. Also, his financing rates were better than my credit unions which I thought would be impossible. Thanks for the help!

There was an attractive lady who helped us with the paperwork and test driving the Toyota Sienna. And Sam was very knowledgeable with every car in his dealership. The two most important things about this dealership are Honesty and Price. Totally stress free and their prices are so decent that if you delay purchasing the car of your needs then it will most likely be gone the next day. If this county had more people like these then it would be a much better place to live. God bless you and your labor.

Recently I was in the market for a used car. I found a good deal in San Diego near my house, but I ended up driving to Los Angeles to get my car from Pacific West Imports.I have bought new and used cars from Lexus, Toyota, BMW, and Volkswagen. I have always worked with large dealerships. I was somewhat cautious to go to a small corner lot, but I am glad I did. The sales agent, Daisy, was very helpful and low pressure. Encouraged me to get the car checked out by a third-party; which I did. They were very open and upfront in the transaction, and it was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had buying a car. Sam is clearly very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back when I need to buy cars for my kids!

Art and Sam from pacific west imports made my car buying experience better than I imagined. I told them what I wanted, the budget I had and the time frame I needed it to be completed by. They exceeded my expectations! I got a better deal than I thought I could get and the car was delivered to my home even sooner than I asked. In the past, I would procrastinate buying a car simply due to the hassle of the experience. Just sold my 2016 Honda HRV last week and it was an great experience. Their appraisal value is much higher than Carmax. Joseph came a few minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment and we did the paperworks and that was it. I'm just wating for the $100 amazon referal from them. Highly recommended.

At around 11:00 am, I received a phone call from Sabrina La, the Internet Sales Director at SF Toyota. She introduced herself to me and informed me that they had a Toyota Tundra TRD Pro sitting on their showroom floor. She informs me that the price was $xx,xxx amount and the color was white.
