I bought a 2013 BMW at this location. I was reluctant to buy a used BMW, but I decided move forward. This place has a good selection of vehicles. The owner Saul was very helpful. Made the process easy. Most dealerships just sale you the car and forget about you. Saul constantly keeps in touch with me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I had an issue with my A/C. I called Saul and he fixed it the same day. If you are in the market for a used car, check out this location. Great customer service, trustworthy and honest people.

I bought this vehicle here and they sold it to me without the rear seat belts. The owner told me that he would install them. I called him and he didn't answer and I went to the property and he always tells me that he can't find it. He just makes excuses. They are some bad-ass thieves. Very bad experience. The car has a transmission problem. The owner is very rude and has no respect for his customers After I bought this X1 and only drove it for a week the transmission started to fail. I took the car back to the dealership and they kept the car for two weeks with no updates whatsoever about the car. Finalythe owner called saying the car was ready saying he payed $1500.00 dollars for the repair but he never provided paperwork (super shady) Because I asked for a receipt from the mechanic and he didn’t have it he said if you don’t like it let’s unwind the deal… I end paying $500.00 for restocking fee an the deal was unwinded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CAR VIN#WBAVM1C57DVL64168

Car was advertised as clean tittle when arriving to the dealer vehicle was confirmed salvage. They have something fishy going on with a DMV employee or something because for some odd reason the car was appearing as clean tittle when it has history of damage, and also car was not as described. Im going to do everything in my power to get their license revoked. This dealer is scamming people out of the money and even worse selling to the hispanic community in that area cars that are not safe to be on the road. I work for NBC and i will make sure something gets done. lets see how quickly this goes viral,

Very rude a man name SAUL who is unprofessional & unkind with words we had a meeting for Thursday I called a day in advanced and they said yes to come see vehicle when the next day came car has been sold... why make appointments if you are already gona sell the car to someone else and not even apologize very very rude don't recommend this place!
