Came to get my COVID Booster back in January 2023, I can say that it is very organized. Nurse staff very attentive. I was very nervous to receive my booster but nurse Yolanda made me feel very at ease. She explained to me the care instructions in which I did not get instructions on my previous booster. Staff is very polite. Thank you.

I had a great experience, found parking quickly, was called right on time. The doctor was fantastic, Dr. Rezvani was super attentive, asked questions and listened to my symptoms, and addressed all of my concerns.I normally go to the Sunset medical center, and only went to the East LA center because of the lack of appointments at the Sunset center. I would absolutely go back to Dr. Rezvani. Also, can someone please get her a new chair???

I have been with Kaiser for most of my life and I have always checked in for lab at reception as we should. Tonight, I came to do so and I never heard that their system "is waiting to download" and "it must be because your chart is most likely big!" Like really Kaiser? What is happening to the Kaiser system? Seems like it's getting worse as the years pass. Then I go to the lab and ask for a butterfly needle because I have to draw my labs so often that I just dislike needles and noncompliant because the pain of needles are discouraging. I felt so uncomfortable to ask again but for the first time, the tech says they are not able to do that. So they drew my blood with a huge needle. Bad customer service. I don't know if it's just this Kaiser but they are not so friendly nor approachable. I will never return here again even though Kaiser called me 20 times to draw my blood.

Preface: This review is in no way a reflection of the kind nurse who had nothing working in her favor today. This review is solely for the logistical shortcomings of the COVID drive-up testing area.Issue #1: There is a lack of signage. Unlike the other Kaiser facilities that have signs directing you to the COVID drive-up testing area, this one really leaves you with nothin'. Dog dad had kindly offered to drive me, so we entered the main parking lot, only to discover it was the wrong parking lot. If you are going to this facility for testing, go to the second parking lot entrance (it's a smaller offshoot of the main lot) where there is a little parking attendant booth/guard shack and make a right to enter. The gate arm is disabled to allow for easy entrance and exit, so you pull in to line-up by the little outdoor "office" (it's under a tent).Issue #2 (interdependency of Issue #1): There are not only cars for the drive-up testing, there are also people. One person parked at the hazard cones, which were placed to block off the entrance from the main parking lot to this smaller parking lot, and walked over to cut the line of cars already parked and waiting.Issue #3: There is only ONE nurse. Through no fault of her own, this nurse was left by herself during the lunch hour, where we witnessed at least four people pile into this "line" (we were there for about 20 minutes). I'm assuming it probably isn't the best time to be alone.Issue #4: The little "office" didn't have enough space for this nurse (or any human being) to efficiently dispense the PCR tests without having to walk back and forth between the cars (or people), the office where the computer is located, the table outside the office with the PCR materials, and back to your car. Someone should really revisit the process walk-through for this facility, since most of the other Kaisers try to make the drive-up process as efficient as possible. Maybe some shelving in the office for the PCR materials, so whoever is holdin' down the fort only needs to get the medical record number from the patient, walk into the office to print the label, grab the correct PCR test materials in front of them or to the left side of them, and deliver it back to the patient at their car. Issue #5: The computer. I don't know what was malfunctioning, but there was clearly something holding up the process for the nurse, because another member of the hospital staff came by to check on the issue, and there was no resolution (or at least it didn't seem like they found a good one).Issue #6 (noted by dog dad): The electrical wiring to the "office" was too taunt and could potentially be a hazard for vehicles running into it (it was lifting into the air, wasn't completely covered/flat on the ground, nor were there any cones to warn drivers/passersby).I think the nurse was doing the best with the cards she was dealt for the day, but that was a horrid 20 minutes of watching her struggle. Please take some time to evaluate your peak hours for drive-up testing and staff your location accordingly to reduce the stress on your employees and patients.

I don't know what has happen their services has gone down since covid. I don't get follow ups. I have to keep calling to get things done. I get half ass answers or no reply. Went to the pharmacy at sunset that's open 24hrs the clerk was rude and impatient. Impatient with elderly that came in asking for assistance. Im waiting to get procedure after that I'm consider switching to another provider.

Was dropping off a family member and an employee parked next to me got upset because I was "too close" to her parking. I was in between the lines for my spot, not touching or going over to hers. She decided to tell me I should move spots, I tell her no I want to park here and she curses at me and walks into the building. I know it was an employee because she was wearing a green safety vest. Bad bad bad impression of your staffs attitude.

I was reminded today why I refuse to select Kaiser as my health insurance provider. Every story I hear from patients who leave Kaiser is the same. Disorganized, sloppy, inflexible, and just generally incompetent.Woke up to learn that I qualify for a third Pfizer dose today, but every clinic near me is already booked solid. Made an appointment at this Kaiser, an hour away, to get it done ASAP.The signup page included a question as to whether I'm a Kaiser patient. I answered honestly, no, and the questionnaire continued, offered me a time slot, and confirmed. Got the email confirmation in my box.Drove an hour to Kaiser, waited in line half an hour, then waited in the staging area 15 minutes... to be told they're only doing Kaiser patients until mid October.Wasted three hours and drove 50 miles... for nothing.Came home and CVS got me in two hours later, I was in and out in twenty minutes. Why is Kaiser so consistently bad?

AWFUL AWFUL NO STARS when it comes to this CoVid test site. This Kaiser thinks it is ok to have ONE nurse to test drive thru AND walk up. UNPROFESSIONAL what a huge strain on one person to try to serve everyone. THIS KAISER IS A BAD CHOICE FOR A COVID TEST.
