Was terrible we paid them to replace a tire and not even one hour after words my tire popped and there not trying to make it any better and the manager is disrespectful saying the encounter never happened

I went for an oil change and it seems like they didn't change it. It's bad that I checked it on the third day. And it was as dirty as before.. Avoid problems and don't go here..

Fucking pirate place. I changed the oil and they said they were going to check the fluids, I trusted myself and went out with the family. My car got hot because they didn't put coolant in it. I spoke to him and the asshole hung up on me when I told him that they didn't put coolant on me. $75 for four liters.

Nice people trying to earn a buck and live the American Dream.
I lost brakes and was hoping to have them repaired. But the parts would not be available till Monday. I had no choice but to wait. So i asked if they could place my truck inside the business so that it would not be broken into. (I had my equipment inside). I was told that I had to remove my truck from the premisses without usable brakes and they would complete the repairs when I returned on Monday with my truck from Upland. A 1 mile tow cost $180 because it was a truck. I live 45 mins away.

Dangerous and incompetent people that work there, had a flat that couldn’t be patched, was sold a used tire, after finishing the trip home I realized they sold me the wrong size and damaged my tire pressure sensor, currently speaking with lawyers

I went three weeks ago, and the owner Juan told me $100 for my back breaks through the phone. Once I arrived they wanted to charge me $190. What kind of business is this?!?!

Very bad service, I brought the parts that had to be changed when I picked it up, I checked and one hose was not with the locks. After a week, the boy light came on again to the auto zone and I scanned it and the same parts that were changed, as they changed them, marked them as wrong. new boy to the workshop and according to the owner he says that the parts are damaged how can they believe that they are going to be defective if they are different parts at the time he wants to charge me for doing the work that they didn't do it right for me boy I have to go to the dealer to give him the service that we couldn't. Come on and see if they send you a charge for those responsible. The truth is, I'm very upset.
