Recently got our kitchen remodeled. There were a lot of communication problems between us and Alex. He never mentioned a few things that would have additional costs. Typically, any changes made to the contract should be added to it before starting the project. We never agreed to this. Also, while I was hanging up a few things in my kitchen, I noticed the paint job wasn't so good. It was peeling just from adding a couple of adhesive hooks on my wall. The paint job was a little rushed. Nonetheless, I was given a good price for the kitchen remodel and for the most part it looks really nice.

Potential customer here. Horrible first impression. Was going to try them out based on generally favorable reviews. We spoke with Alex directly last week and scheduled a time for an in person estimate for my 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodel. Alex picked the day and time. We agreed to Friday at 2:00. Alex was a no show. No call, nothing. He could have easily called or texted to say he got tied up, or whatever. He didn't bother to contact us. Not Friday, not the next day, not two or three days later, nothing. I guess he has too much current business to worry about us as new customers. Don't bother making an appointment with me and then don't show up. Your time is no more valuable than mine. You wasted my afternoon waiting for you to arrive. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

The work that was completed on our 2 bathrooms was fantastic and I applaud the teams who actually completed all of the labor. We are very happy with what they've completed and thank them for their efforts. However, the project management was horrible. Alex would tell us he was going to come over for a meeting or to check something out at noon and he wouldn't arrive until almost 1. This would happen multiple times. We understand that sometimes things change but he wouldn't give us a heads up at all, he would just arrive late which is super unprofessional. At the end of the project, he hit us with an almost $4000 overage for materials. There was a materials line item in small print in the contract, but there was never any indication during the entire project that it would come close to $4000. We had multiple conversations about where we were with cost during the project and never once did Alex say that the cost for materials was adding up to that substantial of an amount. Again, the work was great but think twice before you hire this company unless you are ok with surprise costs at the end.

Good work- terrible service. Damaged a wall and supposed to come back and fix it. I was patient for 3 months- NOT ANYMORE! When a customer pointed out this review to Alex he called and begged me to change it. He said he would be over on Saturday and would fix everything. That was seven weeks ago and I never heard a word from him. Awful service!

Alex and his team of highly talented/skilled construction proteges were amazing with the addition of our newly remodeled kitchen and three bathrooms. It was a pleasure to witness the total transformation of our kitchen and bathrooms from a very nice to a gorgeous, pristine, elaborate, warm and inviting home. Alex was patient and he worked tirelessly to insure that we had the desired jaw-dropping effect that we were looking for. He was courteous and his employees were very trustworthy and professional throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend Alex and his crew to anyone who is seeking room additions/construction projects. I found his prices to be more than competitive and his work speaks for itself. When interviewed a lot of contractors to remodel our bathrooms didn't really find one that we felt great about then my friend recommended Alex right away when we went over what we wanted he gave some great ideas right then we hired him for the job we are so happy that we did the bathrooms came out amazing

Working with Alex was a real pleasure. As you know, finding a trustworthy and reliable contractor can be a hit or a miss. Alex and his crew helped me remodel my kitchen and bathroom in my new loft. Alex has been one of the best contractors I've worked with and I had high expectations being a realtor. My building was in DTLA and it wasn't the most accommodating with parking and accessibility but they were able to efficiently finish the work contracted in a timely manner. It was very helpful to have him come out to stores with us to pick up fixtures and finishes. He gave competitive rates and I'm very happy with my brand new updated loft! You must contract them for your next home project!

Alex is one of the most honest and reliable contractor's I have ever met. His team did an excellent job on the numerous projects that we provided him. Some of the projects included a room addition, interior remodel, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, demolition and plumbing work. We are beyond happy with the work he has done for us and I have referred him to all of my friends and family. If your looking for a trustworthy contractor to handle your project I highly recommend using this company.

This company is the best!! I had a vision of what I wanted my bathroom to look like.Alex and his Crew made it happen all within my budget, my space was small so we sat down and created a plan that would increase my space and functionality They gutted the space rebuilt it so efficiently, I can't phrase them enough! When my friends see the transformation the reactions are Wow!! I can't believe this is the same space.. but best of all I got everything I wanted I did not have to compromise on anything if a challenge came up they solved it without Drama and trying to gouge us. So thank you again Alex and His crew!
