Got my transmission rebuilt by them had to take it back 3 times and still wasn’t fix out of the 3 months warranty the truck was in the shop half the time cause of the transmission not shifting a month later and truck doesn’t move at all do not recommend at all

Scams people by charging 275 dls, telling you that he will fix something that you already spotted with a car computer scan and he ends not fixing it, he shows you a phone video of your car’s transmission being open but not doing anything, then he gives you a plastic bag with an used piece of another car’s piece that isn’t yours to seem he did something to your car. Worse part is that he comes to you telling that he charges you 1800 Dlls to do the fix when it should cost 200 Dlls or less. I’m not saying he scam everyone but he certainly scams people too. Not recommended.Estafadores. No los recomiendo.

I have a really bad experience in this place if could give them a half star I will do it.Hugo is so sneaky first give a price and then give a higher price he take advantage, because we need those kind of cervice.I will not recommend this place .

Hugo was upfront and honest. He checked my Honda Pilot and gave me recommendations. I will go back again to get the transmission fixed. I will provide an update if I don't forget.

Took my 2003 honda accord early 2021 to fix a leaky transmission...Cost $600. Left his shop, noticed my steering wheel was full of grease fingerprints, and turned into a taco stand on the corner, and I hear "CLUNK!" No idea what, but the car keeps running. A few days later I take the car into the dealer, and they tell me all engine mounts are broken, $3,000 to replace. I pay. September 2022 the transmission begins to fail (not Hugo's fault...) and I take it to a recommended shop on Brooklyn. Those folks point out that the transmission I had on, was mounted with bolts of varying sizes, that were also too small. Was told the transmission was not correctly mounted. The cost to have it rebuilt was $1800. Not an issue...the issue was the shoddy job don at Hugo's. Avoiding this place.
