They never disappoint when it comes to their shipping. So much so the box it came in was damaged but because the Funko’s were not only individually bubble wrapped they were put in premium soft protectors! I’m very impressed and this is why I trust them for my pre orders ??

From being someone states away, and only speaking through Instagram, I’ve never had such amazing customer service, and as an anime Funko collector, they literally are the holy Grail for places amazing amazing people.

If I could give more stars I would. I am new to Funko Pop collecting and the owners took the time to answer all my questions. They went above and beyond and now have a repeat customer. I highly recommend this place to any Funko collector.

Nothing beats having the pleasure of going into a store and feeling at peace after a 45 minute drive. I’ve heard many good things about Evasive Studios. That is why I placed my order online and decided to pick I up in person that way I would see for myself. I was not disappointed. Owners are very nice and they had lots of inventory, exclusives, and grails. Awesome! I couldn’t have said it better myself. “Latinos make a difference in their community” I agree 100% I wish there was a store like Evasive Studios in my community.

Went to browse ended up leaving with some AOT funkos with a scene as well. Along with gear 2 luffy and my favorite a Sergio Perez & Car Pop Ride. Today was a discount sale and even then the guy really hooked me up. Definitely going back!

One of the weirdest and rudest experiences of my entire life. Im 32 years old. Went to get a Chucky Funko for my mom, she is obsessed with him. They gave me a flimsy bag, didnt realize it had a hole in it till I got to my doctors office and noticed things were missing. Luckily I walked back and found some of the items. I called just to say damn yall need better bags. The lady that answered the phone was not the same girl that had helped me check out, she was super kind and professional. Whoever this lady was, they are all clearly afraid of her or intimidated. She says to me, acting as if I was going to sue them, "We give you bags as a courtesy, we are not responsible. It is the state of California." I said damn I wasn't saying it like that. Like we are in a court of law, relax. She then says I owe them money, that the previous clerk did not charge me the right amount. I said Oh really?!???? Ok ill go pay it now. She then puts the phone down, I thought she hung up on me. The owner then answers, was extremely kind and sweet, AT FIRST. Apologized for her staffs behavior. I call again, traffic on whittier blvd all crazy and I say "Hi I'm going straight there after my appointment at Altamed because she said I owe you guys money." Suddenly she became ballistic "DO NOT YELL AT ME!!!" I said Maam im in traffic. Im just speaking loudly. She did a complete 180. It was so insane. I went after and she says "Oh its YOU" I said yes maam it is. I pay the difference. And the rude slob, not the owner, is sitting down eating her lunch, chewing loudly with her mouth open. You could tell the owner is afraid of her. It was one of the weirdest experiences of my life in any business. I saw her days later opening with a "man". I was waiting for the bus. They looked away, so much for hello welcome, nice to see you again. They acted as if I was some criminal. Its sick what happens when people cannot stand up to their own staff. Probably family. All I know is I did the right thing and I am forever horrified by their rudeness. The switch was crazy and I take care of someone with bipolar disorder lol.

One of my favorite places to visit on my off time to collect my Funkos. The Owners are very friendly and extremely helpful finding things that I'm looking for. Service has to be one of the best. They're super attentive and always have good deals in their shop. They have a wall of Funkos that are $12 and have deal of 3 for $30 which is great to stock up for when I go to conventions and get autographs. One of the cleanest stores I've walked into, very organized and wide selection of things to buy. They also informed me that they have private signing events in their store, which is great saves me money from going to a convention and coming here instead to meet my favorite voice actors. I definitely recommend this store to fulfill your collectible needs.

So, just drove about an hour and a half in hopes to sell/trade pops here and unfortunately right now they have so much overstock that they are in the process of moving there stock to a different location and are not buying Pops. So admittedly I had a bad attitude and was upset. But instead of letting me leave upset, they continued to give me phenomenal customer service, good prices, and all the info I could’ve wanted on future funko’s, what they had in stock, and estimates on some of the funkos I wanted to sell. I would like to say I am not easy to please after being displeased and these people were just amazing. 10/10 would recommend, even if you have a long drive it’s worth it. If you can only order online then do it, pops are in perfect shape and I could not have had a better experience. Great job here!!
