If I could give negative stars I would. My sisters quince is in 2 weeks away and she came here to look at dresses a few months back. To this day, there is still no dress, no update on the dress, they keep prolonging the wait and not giving enough time for alterations. At this point, My sister went to ask for her money back. Even after showing the receipt of purchase, the new management is acting like there was never any order for her. I don't recommend anyone coming here because all they are going to do is take your money and act like you were never there. I'm going to report this to the BBB. Si pudiera dar a este lugar zero estrellas, se los diera. Mi hermana fue a ver vestidos para su quinceañera y a este día todavía lo sé lo han dado y ella ya lo necesitaba en todo caso que necesitara alteraciones. La fiesta es en dos semanas. Ella fue ayer a pedir el dinero de regreso por tanto que se han tardado y el management nuevo que tienen dicen que no hay orden para ella y eso que llevo su recibo para comprobar que pago. El servicio aquí es pésimo y nomas para robarle el dinero a la gente. No lo recomiendo y lo voy a reportar al BBB!

I wish I could rate zero stars..... the way these owners scamming people is beyond me. They recently went through a new management, I guess. What I don't understand is how the previous owner gave the new owner all her clients, all her orders, all her business and still somehow manage to miss us? The problem is the old owner, Daisy, was helping us with a quince dress. Already this old lady had promised us that the dress was going to arrive on May 25th. Due to COVID, I'm guessing the dress got backorder -- which we totally understand. But then the date kept pushing and pushing. My sister's birthday is on the 24th of July. To this day, the dress is not at the shop. At this point, we do not want the dress and we just want a refund because there's no point to us having the dress now, we will still have to get the alteration which gives us no time. To make matters worse, the lady wants to push a dress we never asked for. Daisy had mentioned that she was going on a vacation, but never told us when. She just said to come in today because she will be there. Come to find out, the place went through a new management, giving both owners the liberty to wash their hands of full responsibility. My thing is, I know they keep in touch because today the new owner was asking what to do in this situation to the previous owner so obviously there is communication happening, but somehow the dress I ordered is nowhere to be found, or the money that we paid for the deposit. How does that work? This is a scam and I want everyone else to know about this and how they are handling their business + clients. Do not go here at all!

This place doesn't deserve any stars. For the money we paid for wasn't worth the dress they gave us. Dresses where ripping after church ceremony and at reception. Lady is very rude and blames everyone else besides herself for the shitty job she does! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone save your money! Honestly even cops were called cause she was getting crazy And replying to owners comment back: I would never forget which store gave me the worse customer service and I'm 1,000% sure it was here this place is across from the Nike store ! Hahaha you guys had barely gotten a notary inside

Ordered bridesmaids dresses through here, the owner took my measurements and based on that she chose the size. When I tried on the dress it was way too tight. She ended up ordering me a bigger one but tried to charge me $20 for it then argued with me when I said I was not paying that after having to drive an extra hour and a half round trip. She literally argued with me. She hemmed all of our dresses and every single one was messed up with the layer underneath being longer than the outer layer. In fact, I waited while she fixed it then tried it on again and it was still uneven so she had to fix it again. The bride needed to go into the store so I asked if she could wait for her (since she was late due to watching my kids while the owner fixed her own mess of alterations). The owner said yes I'll wait for her then after the bride drove there discovered the owner had left. The owner had a bad attitude with us on multiple occasions. She really just does not appreciate her customers and does not know what she is doing. En espanol: la duena me ordeno size equivocado y luego me quizo cobrar para ordenar otro. Se puso a alegar conmigo acerca de esto. No arreglo ningun vestido bien, todos quedaron chuecos de abajo. Tiene mala actitud con sus clientes.

WORST place to go for dress or tuxedo!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughters dress "handmade" came apart twice the day I picked it up and the day of the event. I had to use a GLUE GUN to put it back together. The tule layers were not straight at all. The material was so cheap it ripped by the end of the event. The kids shoes came apart the day of the event so embarrassing they had to be glued with the GLUE GUN as well. Avoid yourself a headache and go somewhere else for your dresses or tuxedo rentals!! By the way overpriced also!!!!!

I had a very satisfying experience with the alterations that was done to my wedding dress. Everywhere else I was going they either charged too much or wouldn't risk cutting my dress to make changes. My dress was closed from the back so she opened it into a V & opened it a bit lower in the front so it didn't seem like there was alterations done. She also added a little loop for the tail of the dress to hook onto the last botton of my dress. I was pleasantly surprised & would recommend to trust them with your alterations. They also steam press & they sell bags for your long dresses. Once my mother saw how pretty my dress ended up she chose to leave her dress for alterations as well & was happy with the results. It's worth it.

Deysi is the most sweetest, patient lady with a positive attitude. She was a great help when we walked in for my daughter's communion dress. She offered several dresses, helped with picking the dress, veil and candle set. I'm also returning with a dress of mine and some slacks to have her alter them. Can't wait for my daughter's fitting of her dress coming up. Highly recommend Deysi and this dress shop!

I can't believe how disappointed I am with this place. this is the worst place you could go to. The suit that my son got was so different from the one he got (WAS TO BIG) so I called the lady to see if they could fix it. But she was so RUDE. I will NEVER go there..
