Sucks that I have to 1 star over 1 person who works there. I walked in and there was 2 people working the counter, one was helping out a customer and the other joking around and completely ignored me and when I asked how’s it going he looked at me acted like he was about to help and someone else walked out of the back and he passed me onto him and said “ I have do something”. Like what the hell were you just standing around for, like a second ago. The guy was one of the grey shirt guys, white male

Horrible customer service; went out of their way to help a guy and even installed his battery etc, etc, but ignored me while I waited. I went to this Auto Zone in the hopes of getting advice and help with my taillights which went out. I was told to check the fuses or bulb myself because they couldn’t do it. Never offered to at least offer to check for me. Instead I went to my usual Auto Zone in Alhambra, in my neighborhood. They never disappoint! What a difference in customer service!!!!!!!

Store opens at 7 am yet lights weren’t turned on. Customer service was terrible they kept watching me as if I was going to steal. They made inappropriate jokes about their female coworkers. Really made me think twice about AutoZoner.

Hey Auto Zone! Pro tip for you guys... If you already Know the card reader at one of your point of sale terminals isn't working right... Shut it down! At the very least, do your Loyal customers a solid and say upfront "if using a card, there may be issues".Because of this, I wasn't able to use $20 in rewards points I was looking forward to redeem.Your store (chain) needs to be On The Top Of Your Game because you have Alot of very good Nearby competition.Also... stop assuming we have no clue what we're looking for. Some of us have been repairing & maintaining our vehicles (and others) for Decades. So if we want to run 20/50 motor oil in a 20 yr old 4cyl import... just sell it to us without questioning the thicker oil. Some of us spin some high rpms and we don't want that viscosity to break down.

Cheap parts stores sell parts that last as long as the warranty, and then you need to buy again. Better parts stores sell parts the will out last the warranty.
